Have to question non-smoking as the Fourth floor smelled like tobacco. Limited amenities (no continental breakfast). Main entrance felt like a side door. Several nice restaurants within sight of hotel. Staff very courteous.

I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Staff was friendy and helpful, room was perfectly clean and I loved having a full refrigerator. The best part is the hotel is dog friendly which is a must for me.

Excellent. First stay at a Candlewood Suites. Great value for the price. Two suggestions for this hotel. 1). they need a sign out on the main road since the hotel is set back in a commercial area, and 2) the tub was very slipperty and needs either a mat or anti-slip strips. Great place, nice people.

Arrived at the hotel at 12am to find 10 other guests waiting on rooms due to housekeeping not having the rooms clean (I thought they do this at check out each day). I had to wait in my car for 2 hours for a room to brcome available. After getting into a suite, which was very nice, except a 13 inch tube television sitting in the corner that I dared not […] try to see, and a roll of toilet tissue that had enough tissue for one last use, and no other roll available in the room I was displaced due to Hurricane Irene. I rated the service of the our stay higher than the cleanliness because the front desk rep allowed us to change rooms. As soon as we entered the first room (which was supposed to be non-smoking), we were hit by an obvious odor - a mixture of musty dampness and smoke. Very clean, looks relatively new, nicely furnished. Reception desk staff very helpful as we checked in --- one of my kids spilled a soda all over the floor and the girl at the desk was unfazed about it, she got busy cleaning it up. When we left, my dog who tends to get a bit nervous in new places lost his urine all over that same lobby floor, and again […] the front desk girl (different gal from the night before) was unfazed and just got busy cleaning it up. It is in a very nice location. There is a very pretty home development right across the main drag. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Shopping places like Target are just a stones throw away. Beds are very comfy. Wifi was awesome -- we've stayed in other places and the kids complain that they don't have enough bars...but they were totally hooked up and I was happy b/c I had occupied kids. Downside to this place which is NOT MUCH OF A DOWNSIDE AT ALL...I drove right past it. It sits behind a Ruby Tuesdays and it is easy to miss..other downside is that it is about 2 1/2 miles or so off I95. BUT, with that said, I WOULD DEF STAY HERE AGAIN. I felt safe, it was really nice and clean, and the staff was nice. I stayed at a different Candalwood Suites last year b/c they are generally pet friendly, and I always have my dog with me. While the front staff was very helpful and the room was clean, we had requested a king sized bed when we booked the room and I even wrote an email making sure we got one. On arrival we discovered there are no king sized beds in the hotel. The room seemed to be quite humid and never did feel any different. What a nice place to stay. The room was great - full kitchen, e-work area and flat screen TV (w/DVD player). The bed was great and the AC was great, too.
