Found out upon late-night arrival that this hotel has no suites at all. Reserved on-line and followed through with a phone call. What we got was a room with queen size beds. This was not accommodating for a family with teenagers. Disappointed because hotel is persistent in calling the room a suite.

This is a great hotel to stop at while traveling. After a long drive home from Missouri we were met with a free fried chicken dinner, beans and coleslaw..... Perfect. We needed a screwdriver for my sons car seat and they allowed us to use theirs. All in all we enjoyed our stay that night. There were a few worn items in the room like the recliner but big deal. It looks like this location wasn't near anything but just around the corner is Walmart, Starbucks, chic fil a and Buffalo Wild Wings. by John from Pensacola on 04/08/13

Our tv did not work the entire stay...we talked to front desk and they kept saying it was being taken care of, but it never on. Was very frustrating!

This is a nice hotel. The location is a bit off the raod and therefore a little confusing in terms of finding it. The clerk mistakenly charged my card for incidentals instead of placing that on hold. Had I not checked I would have paid this fee. I had to check back with the desk three times in an effort to get my card charges corrected. Even though […] I paid by cash for my remaining days, they had issues between staff members as to how to corrrectly charge the payments. The staff members were very curteous and helpful though. I found that the sheets did not appear to be fresh and clean, and that really bothered me. There was hair (not mine) in both the top and bottom sheet. I ended up sleeping in a chair.

Our stay at the Candlewood Suites was enjoyable! The staff members were nice and courteous. The only complaint I have is the location. The hotel is too far from the exit in my opinion. Besides the location, I would recommend this hotel as well as consider staying there again myself.
