Was very impressed with this hotel. I always try to stay at a Staybridge hotel whenever I travel. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is the next best thing to being at home.

Did not like that we had no daily housekeeping service. Also there were no luggage carts at the door when we checked in and the desk attendant did not offer to find one. Had to make several trips from the car to our room.

Nice hotel with good helpful staff. Only down side is location is away from downtown area and is sometimes confusing to get to as it is located on the service road of an interstate. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance.

Reserved(and paid in full for) a Queen room 2 weeks ahead of time. Arrived to find I'd been bumped to a double and the rest room wasn't ready at the 3pm check-in time. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with Candlewood.

i was dissappointed with hotels . com--should have had a smoking room and didn't--should have (2) beds--didn't ==they only clean the room once a week and my friend was sick and needed new bedding and towels so we didn't even get that...we had to call and ask for new bedding...the associates who worked there were great but thats about it..

Garbage cans outside the hotel were full to the brim when I arrived, and never emptied during my entire stay. Walls between rooms are thin, and everything the neighbors do is audible. Dogs are allowed, and the barking is frequent. The front desk is not always "manned" - we had to go back to our room and call to finally get someone. The computers were […] down at time of checkout, so it was difficult to ascertain any additional charges on our bill. The smell of cigarettes in the halls was the worst part. There are several hotels within walking distance to this one. We will never stay here again. Read more

We stayed for two nights. The only maid service we received was clean towels. Bed not made, trash not emptied, etc.. The facility and front desk service were more than adequate but disappointed in maid service, they could have made the bed and left a fresh packet of coffee at least.
