Stayed in the hotel for a girls getaway. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from Earl's Court Tube station, but only a 8 minute walk from West Kensington or West Brompton tube stations. It was convenient for several tube lines. The staff was very friendly. It was raining and my friend jokingly asked if she would let us borrow her personal umbrella and the […] staff member was actually going to loan us her personal umbrella. We were able to check in early. The rooms were average size, clean, comfortable, quiet, and had free wifi. The free breakfast was standard, but filling with cereals, yogurt, meats, eggs, sausage, breads, juices, coffee, and tea. We had an evening flight and the hotel held our bags while we ventured out into the city. We arrived back to the hotel to relax in the lobby before leaving to catch our flight. The lobby and bar were cozy with a variety of drinks. We charged our phones on the wall outlets and headed out. Better find than some more expensive hotels in the area. I would definitely go back! "Nice Hotel - Poor Air Conditioner"
The hotel is basic but nice. Breakfast had a good choice, however the hot food wasn't great. It's located about a 10 minute walk from the West Kensington tube stop which is very handy. The air conditioner in our room was very poor and as a result, the room was too warm (except for directly in front of the a/c). Overall was nice though and I would probably […] stay again. "Good option for when all you need is a bed"
We were 4 families totally 13 people all together spending a week in London. The hotel is reasonably well located - a short 5min walk to either West Brompton or West Kensington tube stations with enough shops nearby if needing to replenish travel accessories - and suited our needs of an economic place to stay that was comfortable enough to relax/recharge […] in after a day's sightseeing. There's free-wifi and excellent service from the staff (quick, efficient, friendly and service-minded). The buffet breakfast was included in the room rate, but was limited in what it offered. However, as this is an 'Express' hotel, this is to be expected. Overall, a good experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to those travellers who a need an economical, stress-free place to stay that is easy enough to move about in London from. "Always a Good Stay"
Use this hotel over 50+ nights per year. A typical Holiday Inn, but has all that I need and great location for my business needs. Staff always polite and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
You know what you are getting from a Holiday inn Express. Clean room, shower, nice staff… there are no frills at breakfast or in the bedrooms. I knew that when I booked the room. Good location for Earls court and restaurants in Fulham.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good location with respect to easy Access to public transportation and nearby shops. The room was not so clean after housekeeping and breakfast was of poor quality (instant coffee and sort of fake sausages and eggs)Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good 2 day stay in London."
We like Holiday Inn Express. It was not the hottest neighbourhood, but connections were good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Easy to access"
quality breakfast!! the absence of kitchen at the hotel is balanced by an outside catering delivered to your room. They also offer the service of a local take away/pizza delivery service, extremely handy at 00.30!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Suits its purpose"
A pleasant hotel with welcoming efficient staff. Room was clean and ready on arrival. Beds rather lumpy and difficult to control the temperature in the room so very warm. Quiet from Road noise but could hear people in other rooms and in the corridor. Breakfast very nice and plenty of choiceGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel, great location"
We spent 3 nights in this hotel in a family room. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it had excellent links to all the major sights in central London. We had a nice breakfast every morning, which included some hot food as well as the promised continental breakfast, and although the hotel restaurant did not serve evening […] meals there was a lovely Italian restaurant nearby, as well as plenty of shops and take-aways. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Overall it was what you would expect from a Holiday inn express, the only thing that let it down was some of the reception/bar staff didn't seem to keen to serve soft drinks midday.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Staff were really good to us at this hotel. Everything we asked for was no trouble. Breakfast was very good. Looking after our luggage made our London stay-a no would have ruined it! Have stayed here several times and am always happy! Rooms clean, service excellent, great location!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed at Earls Court during a half term break with the kids. Picked due its locality to central London and hotel has its own parking. Family room was cosy, but more than adequate. Breakfast included for 4 at a great inclusive rate. Parking a real bonus, but we realise we were lucky to get in as really limited for spaces. Hotel was clean. Very busy […] at breakfast, but great. Would definately stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Short break at Earls Court Hotel"
We stayed for 2 nights in a family room to see the London sights, although I wish I stayed longer. The hotel was in a quiet area and conveniently located 10 to 15 minutes from West Kensington Underground tube station which takes you into London on the District line in about 15 minutes from set off. The station is in zone 2 with zone 1 being the heart […] of London. So I would recommend as we did buy an Oyster card each for £7.00 per person for unlimited travel up to zone 2. Children travel for free under 15 years old. Although I never visited the area before there were plenty of shops like TESCO Metro, CO-OP and local general stores as well as pubs and restaurants/ takeaways within the vicinity of the Hotel. The Hotel is modern, clean with smart appearance. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice including cold and hot food. The tables were cleared and cleaned promptly after guests left by attentive staff. The staff as a whole were all most helpful and friendly. My only minor issue were our mattress was soft, we are used to a harder mattress at home but that is only our personal preference and don't let that put you of staying at the hotel. I will stay again as location to inner London was excellent and the hotel was very good. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"For a reasonable price..."
For a reasonable price - this is a quite ok hotel. I have to say they have the most kind staff. All of them. This is definitely the strongest advantage.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great service/ poor hotel"
The staff were fantastic, very helpful and always went out their way to assist. It's a shame that the hotel lets them down. The beds were far too soft and it could almost be mistaken for a water bed, the sofa bed was also very old and you can feel the metal frame poking in your back. The main areas of the bathroom (sink/shower) were fairly clean although […] under the sink and toilet area weren't of the same standard. Our shower also leaked so left a big puddle on the bathroom floor. Location isn't ideal if you are looking for something close to central London, subway is easy enough but not recommended if travelling with baby and/or pushchair. Surrounding area didn't have a good vibe and generally felt a bit uncomfortable walkng from the subway to hotel at night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ok but not great"
This Holiday Inn Express is okay, but just okay. When I arrived, I was given a room in the main building - the room looked very tired and had totally different decor than that in the photos on hotels.com. I was not impressed and conveyed this to the manager. They tried to tell me there was nothing they could do, that it was all booked, that the room […] was what I booked, etc. Eventually, however, the manager, called back and said another room had come available (?). The new room was considerably better and at least looked pretty much like the photos, though not brilliant (hard, cheap sprung mattress). Be warned - only some of the hotels rooms (the ones in the "Annex") apparently have the new decor shown in the photos on hotels.com. The other rooms are not good. Also, a downside is the area. It's a substantial walk from the tube and the area, while safe, is not the best at night (you're better off on the other side of Earls Court or closer to Fulham Broadway). That being said, the staff was pleasant enough and the lounge / breakfast area is quite nice. The breakfast is okay but not what you'd expect at most any holiday inn express in North America. If you have no other reasonably priced options, it is certainly not terrible. But I am unlikely to come back in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Lovely hotel in a good location."
We had a great visit to the Holiday Inn Express Earl's Court. The staff were always very friendly and polite, and very keen to help. Breakfast was excellent, with pastries, cold meats, eggs, beans and sausages, plus a range of juices, coffee, tea etc. There was always plenty of room in the dinning area, and even when very busy, the self-service buffet […] style meant we never had to wait very long. The room was simple, but very clean and tidy. Even though the hotel backs onto a very busy road, the triple-glazed windows meant we never heard any street noise, and it was quiet in the hotel as well. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened, not even an internal net curtain, but there as a very good air con unit to keep the room at a nice temperature. The only other slight problem was tube transport. The nearest station is West Brompton, which is only a 10 minute walk away, which is on the District line. However, to get to it from the city involves always swapping at Earl's court, which got a bit annoying after a long day out in the town to have to swap trains several times to get home. "Great hotel and staff"
I had a grear visit to this Hotel which is a few minutes from Earls Court Exhabition Centre. Staff are 1st class and as a wheelchair user I had no problems. The only reason for the 4 star rating rather than 5, the bed was so hard the floor would have been softer! Apart from that a great place to visit. For eating out lots of great places on the doorstep […] including 222 a vegan resturant opposite and highly recommended Del Aziz near the junction with Fulham Broadway about a 5 minute walk.
