Nice, clean, close to West Kensington tube and also to some nice eateries, food markets and pubs. Breakfast was a little crowded, but otherwise very positive experience.

Enjoyed stay and location good for easy transfer from Paddington and to london by tube. Only critism would be the sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable., otherwise very satisfied with our stay . 2 adults and 2 children. Price cheap with free breakfast included.

Firstly we booked our hotel 4 months before our trip but were still put on the top floor of the hotel! room was very basic, THERE IS NO RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL!!!!!! only bar snacks available, but a member of staff gave us a few take away menu's, we ordered pizza and when it arrived we found out that the staff got free meals as we ordered from them. […] the staff booked us a taxi which cost us £12 for a 5 minute journey when on the way back it only cost us £7 in a black cab so they obviously have links with them. Breakfast... well i wouldnt even call it a breakfast, the 'full english breakfast' was sausages, scrambled egg and beans and even this was empty!! there were a few cereals to choose from and apples and banana's, all the tables were filthy and there were 2 people on the breakfast shift. overall i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone or EVER stay here again!! I visit London on a regular basis with friends to see shows in the West End. Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were excellent, lots of room with very modern shower facilities. Recommend this hotel to any visitor to London.

The hotel itself was very good, parking on site was a big bonus, £20 a day, reasonable for the area... 2 minute walk to earls court and west brompton tube station... We had cooked breakfast in the hotel, this was particularly poor, personally I would stay here again but pay the cheaper price excluding breakfast and get something from the local area […] at a fraction of the price... We have stayed in another Holiday Inn and been very satisfied, that is why we were disappointed with our stay at the Holiday Inn on Earls Court. Our room was very cold and the temperature was controlled by a central location and not our room. The fact that we were uncomfortably cold made our stay unpleasant.

This is the second time I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and I found the accommodation similarly modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are fairly basic but contain all that most people need, with the exception of drawers to put clothes in. The rooms seem designed for ease of cleaning and maintenance. The hotel is not in the poshest area for sure, but it was very handy to where we wanted to go. We thought it was a good bargain for the standard of room and location. Hotel room was fine and open area seemed to be tidy despite the fact it was packed with many tourists. We found this hotel perfect for the 2 night stay we had. We were sightseeing the London sights and even though the closest tube stations were closed for maintenance works, we were still able to get buses. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

My family arrived much earlier then the check-in time and was kindly given our rooms. That was much appreciated! Staff was always smiling and ready to share infomation on transportation and places of interest. Rooms are clean and toilets are of good size. We really have nothing to complain about from our stay. The location is fine for a visit to London. It's within Zone 2 and within 10 minutes of the nearest tube. Room was a decent size and not too small which is a problem we have experienced before from other London hotels. Bathroom was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful checking in, the room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Apart from the queue, breakfast was excellent with lots of food and drink provided and a bright, airy conservatory. Lots of special offers were available at the bar. Chose this hotel because it was close to Excel - walking distance - which was great after seeing a concert. We then had a day exploring and hotel is vey close to underground and access to all the sites. Comfortable room and good value for money especially as it included breakfast which was an excellent buffet.
