"Great hotel for families and couples!"
Our hotel room was pretty large and included complimentary buffet breakfast--which is a plus! They gave you plenty of food to eat. It is also located only 5 minutes away from the nearest underground which was great too. Overall, I would heartily recommend this hotel to everyone, also want to mention there are plenty of restaurants nearby too.Genuine Expedia guest review
Our 5 day stay was great. The hotel was not far from the West Brompton tube station which made connecting to other parts of the city relatively convenient. The area had some nice restaurants including Barrow Boy for a good dinner and Trubadour for a good breakfast. The hotel breakfast was good- lots of options, but I got very sick from the eggs. The […] desk was helpful with giving directions and printing out travel documents. There is a wash/fold laundry right across the street that will do everything and deliver your finished laundry to the front desk the same day for a reasonable price. Take advantage of the free internet in the lobby. Otherwise it will be 6 pounds per day. I was not told it was free in the lobby. Also find out about how to log off the internet service. If you just shut down, you are logged out and your timed service will continue. There is a log-out code to enter. I was not told that and ended up paying more than I needed to. "Holiday Inn Earls Court"
Stayed for two nights for work - room nice size and comfy enough, no noise at all so slept ok - room was kept spotless by cleaner (thanks). Staff friendly enough. Only downside was that the hotel does not serve food at night, I was offered take-aways and informed by the Manager that this was a Holiday Inn Express and so food was not available (rubbish […] as I've stayed at plenty) - some pubs within walking distance but I grabbed something from the local Co-Op. Would I stay again - no (because of the evening meal issue) but for a family or group it's not a bad hotel and 5 mins from nearest tube Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A wonderful stay"
This was the first time we stayed in a Holiday Inn, and the three night's stay was worth every penny we had paid. We especially want to thank the very considerate service manager, Anshu, who took the initiative to give us a room when we arrived at around 11:00 AM, as we were carrying lots of luggage with us. The room had a lot of shelves to accommodate […] all our belongings. The complimentary continental breakfast was better than I had expected and was replenished quickly. Wi-fi was free all day long. Would definitely go back if we visit there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"okay rooms, good location, friendly staff"
This hotel is well located in a neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops. The staff on reception are friendly and efficient, particularly Alessandra. The included breakfast is a welcome bonus too. We had a quite a long power cut during our stay, which wasn't great, but not the hotel's fault. One slight niggle is that the air con in our rooms […] was quite noisy - in one room we had to switch it off as the air in the system sounded as though someone was taking a shower next door all through the night (they weren't!). But otherwise we were happy with our stay. Wouldn't want to pay the supposed rack-rate though! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed here on a Saturday night with my two kids. Room cost £75 including breakfast for the three of us. Got there at 11 to leave our bags but the room was ready and we were able to check in - four hours early!! Car park next to the hotel and cost £20 for overnight so it was far cheaper for us to drive and park than to get the train. Room super clean […] and the beds comfortable. Big fluffy towels too. Shower nice and powerful. Breakfast was a buffet and was really nice. Only sausages , beans and scrambled eggs for hot but that was fine for us. About a three minute walk from west Kensington tube station. Lots of local shops (I even managed to get a small screwdriver for a new toy at 9.30 at night). This really was incredible value and objectively was a far better experience than a recent stay in a well known Central London 5 star!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Addequate standard hotel"
My husband, daughter (16) and I stayed here in December 2014. Earl's Court was recommended as a central venue for London adventures. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the nearest train station Bromley (it is a fair taxi ride from Earl's Court Station) and a 30 minute bus trip into London centre. I am always disappointed when the best a hotel can do for […] the third person is a roll away or sofa bed when the cost is fairly substantive. The staff were nice, breakfast very good. Nearby pub The Goose - good for lunch or dinner and served long hours. A typical 3 star hotel with rates commensurate with London prices. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast this was really good value for the money. As they only do breakfast we used the local takeaways which we found to be cheap and the food was goodGenuine Expedia guest review
We came to the Olympia Horse Show and it was the ideal place to stay just a 5 minute bus ride away, the breakfasts were excellent and the reception staff very helpfull and friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Selected this hotel as it was very close to Chelsea Stadium and my boyfriend and son were going to the game. The hotel was within good walking distance of 2 tube stations and some excellent restaurants.Genuine Expedia guest review
Better than expectationGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The location is great though it's not exactly in Earls Court. Subway is within walking distance & bus stop is just a few steps away from the hotel. From the hotel, it is easily accessible to places of interest such as the green park (Buckingham Palace), Picaadily, Oxford Circus, etc. Staff service is excellent, responsive & prompt. "Basic hotel, considering London prices"
Clean hotel and room, nice towels in the room, pleasant staff, basic breakfast included. Size of the room and bath are adequate given cramped London hotel rooms. However, facilities are less than basic. The mattresses feel like concrete-filled, no closet for clothes storage, barely a few hooks - so don't bring any change clothes unless you decide to […] keep them in the carry-on. No in-room fridge. Most important, no in-room safe, so you'll have to carry your documents and valuables with you wherever you go. Location is ok, relatively close to a tube station and several busses right in front, but the neighbourhood may be a bit sketchy. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Got this at a good rate. Family room was a normal double with a sofa bed so a bit cramped but we were only there for 1 night. Certainly wouldn't have paid full rate but worth £160 for the family.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent London Value"
For a one night stay on a Saturday, the price was very good. Room very comfortable although extra pillows would have been useful. Breakfast really nice, selection and buffet style appreciated.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice clean hotel"

"Ok, expensive, but basic. Service is good though"
The hotel is nice enough, and easy to find. The rooms are very simplistic despite costing an average of £140 a night! So very expensive room for what I'd expect to pay £60 to £80 elsewhere. The breakfast was very basic. No fried eggs or bacon for the cooked option. So not very impressive there. However, I personally found the staff to be extremely friendly […] and helpful. Including checkin, explaining things, handling an issue I had, checking out and looking after my luggage. So the only saving grace is that the service was exceptionally good. "Hotel ok, area not great, room unbearabley warm!"
Hotel is ok. Few mins walk from West Kensington tube station one way or West Brompton overland the opposite way. Not tge best area....wouldn't like to be wandering round there on my own at night. Reception nice and new and airy. Room was ok. Smallish but clean. However it was unbearabley hot and the windows don't open and the supposed air con didn't […] work. Bed was really really firm too so not good for us. Bathroom small but ok. Good choice at breakfast and nice seating area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Could have easily been rated 4 or 5, but wasn't..."
It was a shame that a few problems let this hotel down. It is modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were helpful and polite and the free wifi was appreciated. However, we booked a family room for 4 but the folding bed was not provided with bedding and towels/mugs for only 2 people were provided. The hotel partly corrected this on […] request, towels and bedding were provided while we were out, but the bed wasn't made up and the extra mugs did not appear. The other main problem was breakfast. The the queuing system and the buffet layout were very poorly thought out which led to big delays at a busy breakfast time. In addition the quality of the food, coffee and juice was mediocre. Holiday Inn Express needs to look at Premier Inn (similar price bracket) as a role model for convenience and quality of its breakfast. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Royal Parks Half Marathon Overnight Stay"
We stayed overnight as I was running the Royal Parks Half Marathon the next day. The hotel was clean, well presented and exactly what we needed. "Lovely helpful staff."
Ive never stayed at a Holiday Inn express before. This one in earls court London was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but had the usual suspects which is all you need with two kids. It had a secure underground car park for £20 a night and the west Kensington under ground tube station was a 5 minute walk […] away. For two nights the hotel cost was around £280 for a family room. Overall a nice convenient hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Our double bed room was nice and spacious, clean and well insulated from the sound of the street. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking was the quality of the breakfast buffet - I've had better in youth hostels, and was expecting a little more given the Holiday Inn brand. But that was made up for by the lively neighbourhood, […] with shops and restaurants close at hand, and being so close to the center of town. The entrance to the parking garage was a little hard to find, requiring to turn in to what looks like a one-way street right next to the hotel. I did not spot any sign on North End road indicating the parking. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great budget hotel"
Great quality for the price! Helpful staff, room not massive-but wasn't expecting it to be. Bathroom clean with great big fluffy towels! Lovely shower!! Only complaint would be comfort of beds, especially the sofa bed for the kids. Breakfast plentiful-Kellogg's cereals, pastries, breads, cheese ,yogurts, beans, sausages and scrambled eggs-all included! […] Room had hair dryer, tea/coffee and hotel did have left luggage room( had read another review that said they didn't) . Would use again. Ideal for Earls Court.
