Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites West Valley City - West Valley City

If there is a Crystal Inn available, I will always stay there. Especially the inn located in West Valley, Utah. Rooms are spacious, and the morning buffet is outstanding. Staff are extremely accommodating.

Went to event at Maverik Center. Hotel is across the parking lot and close to restaurants. Could have caught the free hotel shuttle from airport and avoided renting a car if I'd known how convenient it would be.

We were very impressed by this hotel. It was a great place and was fairly quiet considering how busy they seemed to be. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The only problem we had was getting off the freeway, we went the wrong way, but that wasn't a problem for the hotel. :D

This is a great Hotel for the money. Convenient location, friendly and attentive staff, nice indoor pool and hot tub, and a great breakfast. had to argue to get the type of room we booked. the man at the front desk checking us in was RUDE. The young woman working with him stepped in to help get us what we had asked for. This is a great hotel to stay at. Our only complaint was that the carpet had a lot of lint on it and the mirror at the sink had water spots. We would like to think the vacuume may have needed its bag changed instead of the fact that it may not have been vacuumed at all. The bathroom was clean, however. This motel is clean (except for the pool ... scum on the sides of the pool and clumps of hair floating in the pool). Very close to the Maverick Center for concerts and hockey games (just walk across the parking lot). Did not eat the free breakfast, but looked good. Clean and friendly at an affordable rate. Also a very nice (safe) location with MANY food choices within 1 mile. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I have been satisfied both times. Very good location to alot of SLC's industrial areas, if you stay involves business.

Group of 5 (2couples & friend 50+YOA) stayed here 8/31/12. Very nice hotel, good breakfast bar, front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Big rooms with nice amenities. The only thing I found a little odd was that the bathroom set up. The shower and sanitary facilities are in one room; but, the jack and jill lavatories are actually in the main […] room with the beds. So if anyone during the night had to get up and use the lavatory, like say to get a drink of water, and they had to cut on the light, they wake everyone up. Read more

Place was 5-10 mins from downtown, but not a problem at all. Actually, gave you a chance to see the city view when driving in. Checked in really late the following day and hotel staff were so understanding. Gave us late check-out and immediately showed us to the room so we can collapse. Hotel is new so room is really clean and nice!

Great staff. Really comfortable room and the bed was great. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance and also a movie theatre behind the hotel. Decent breatfast in the morning. Only draw back was a slight whiff of cigarette smoke in the hallway.

It was a nice room but I paid for a 2 queen and got a 1 king enstead. It looked like the maid did not finish getting the room ready. There was a glass with soda left in the room. The coffee was left out of the room. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. It was acceptable.

1st night we stayed the room which has light smoking from the 3 rd floor of the hall because one of us has mild asthma. We moved to another room in 2nd floor Wish all the rooms and halls should have non smoking!
