The hotel was great, very large room with full kitchen which was great even for a short stay. Not excited about the surrounding area, seemed kind of rough, but downtown was only a 5 minute drive. We went to Indy to visit the zoo and it was literally a 2 minute drive.

This hotel is a great place to stay. I booked last minute to attend a Colts game. I loved the looks of it, especially the shuttle to and from downtown. It was also nice not having to pay for parking like all hotels downtown who charge anywhere from 15-30 dollars a day just to keep you car parked at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel about 2:00 am and did not expect the warm, friendly and inviting man behind the desk that checked us in due to the time of night. It was very much appreciated considering the longer than expected drive in bad weather! I had booked our room thinking it was just that, a room with a TV and a bathroom. We were extremely suprised to find our room was a suite to include a kitchen and living room. It was awesome! We stayed 2 nights and checked out on sunday before the game. Even though we had already checked out, the hotel staff was more than willing to let us leave our vehicle at the hotel while we attended the game, as well as shuttle us to and from the game. This was an amazing plus from this property. I would highly recommed this property to stay at, and would more than consider staying here again. Read more

We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bedroom suit. It was huge and the kitchen was amazing! We were a bunch of college kids staying over 10 hours away from home and this was the perfect hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room was way nicer than the pictures online. I loved the rooms. Spacious and great for business or leisure stay. I noticed some occupants might actually be very extended stay residents, but I still felt secure in the hotel. Location is not great, no food or activities in walking distance.

I had no issues with the hotel. It was close to everything we went for and had a shuttle to down town. My issue was when I reserved my room on this site i booked a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived I had a room with 1 king size bed and was informed that they do not have rooms with 2 double beds. Which was needed for this stay. I was very disappointed […] with this and will not make reservations via hotels.com again. I have made many online reservations and never been confirmed a room that the hotel does not offer. I had to commute via taxi everywhere from the hotel. I was not happy with the surrounding area and some drivers didn't know how to get there. I felt fine once I was safely in my room. I would look for alternative before staying here again.

PRO: We went on vacation with four adults and a toddler and this hotel accomodated our need to take an afternoon nap with heavy, light-blocking curtains (housekeeping comes once a week but towels can be exchanged anytime). We got the two King suite which provided enough space for us to be reasonably noisy while the kid slept. The fridge, microwave, […] and in-room ice maker were great for keeping milk fresh. CON: area is industrial; you have to drive for any food or drink. There's a range of chains that aren't far but not much local, unique food (save for Donato's pizza). I was sorely disappointed with our recent trip to Indy. Our hopes were high, especially considering the website spoke so highly of this particular hotel. When we arrived, not only were the floors covered with dirt and grime but we weren't even greeted by a front desk staff. I completely understand they could've been short handed or busy at the moment, […] but we waited for 4 minutes until someone arrived. The next morning we were unpleasantly surprised by a streaming leak from the ceiling. We promptly called the front desk to report the issue, when in response the staff member responded " I wish you would've told us sooner so we could have fixed the issue." At this point, we were frustrated, especially considering we woke up to the leaking. We also requested new towels to be delivered, and the front desk responded " Well you can come get them yourself but make sure you bring down your old towels." Again, this was not the service we expected and were very shocked and appalled at the quality of interpersonal relations. Read more

I was driving in late at night for an interview and got lost with my GPS. I called the hotel and they gave me a different address for the GPS that took me right to the hotel. The staff was very accomodating and had everything set up even though I got there around 3:00 AM. The rooms were spacious and impecably clean. Booked because of price and proximity to downtown. Its about one minute from IUPUI, restaurants and a bit further from downtown. About 20 min drive from Broad Ripple. Overall great value if staying 2+ nights. Room was clean and large.

It was a great place to stay with a larger family! We have 4 kids between 14 and 2 months and the room as plenty big that we could all be comfortable and not right on top of each other. Plus the full size fridge and microwave made it nice so that we weren't always running to a vending machine. We will definitely stay there again!

The suite was very spacious, the kitchen was well equipped with appliances, plenty of closet space, and good amount of drawers in the dresser. The carpet was clean and curtains were similar to an apartment rather than a hotel suite. The two T.V.'s were very convenient. The close proximity to the medical school as well as the closeness to the downtown business district were great assets for us. The hotel was big and had a lot of room. The hotel employees were not friendly, they acted like we were in the way. No hello or good-byes. The room was nice but dirty. The pillow case, sheets, and even the towels had black marks on them. It looked like the sheets weren't changed at all. I wasn't very happy bringing my kids in this hotel.
