Hotel was very comforable. I was in Wichita to visit with my daughter and it was a good location for me. Rooms were cool and comfotable, and the pool clean and well kept, staff was very friendly and professional. THe Breakfast was satisfying. I would stay there again.

While the place looks great and the little lady in charge of the dinning area was terrific. The biggest complaint has to be the comfort of the matress and the over stuffed pillows. The only way to lay hour head on the pillow without wrenching our neck was to put the second pilllow under our back or chest which was very awkward. I had left my room at 8am to get some coffee from the lobby. When I got back t the room I realized that I had left my key in the room. I went to the front desk and said I needed a replacement key for my room […] (all I did was say my room number with no name or anything) the clerk crated me a key and gave it to me without asking for any identification or even asking my name. My mother lives in the assisted living next door to this Holiday Inn Express. We have tried the two other hotels down the street and are most comfortable at the Holiday Inn. We have stayed here probably 10 times and all have been pleasant.

Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite chain hotels. We travel a lot for both leisure and work, and we've always appreciated the consistency of Holiday Inn Express in any location. This one was no different. I thought all the hotels in this class were overpriced for Wichita Falls, Texas. I expected to find lower hotel prices, but if you're going to suck it up and pay for a decent hotel - this would be just as good as any. The hotel is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. Breakfast service was excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold items. We will definitely stay there again. We hope to try to pool and spa on our next trip. A great value for the cost.
