The neighborhood is a little bit sketch, but once you pull into the parking lot, you seem miles away from that. Great access to the interstate--the lot almost sits on the ramp. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were new and clean.

Every thing would have been good except that it was impossible to get a hypo allergenic room. The staff tried, but there were only down pillows at this location. I am allergic to feathers and therefore spent the night trying to sleep on a throw pillow that I found in the chair. I was very disappointed.

Only negative was not having a microwave in the room. When I called for one the desk staff said they were all in use. And I think you should offer buffet breakfast or up the coupon amount to cover the number of people staying in the room.

The hotel was amazing, comfy room, uber friendly staff, plethora of on-site hotel ammenities, everything was hospital clean...literally nothing to complain about except for one design flaw. Getting in to and out of the property grounds. The hotel is situated along a VERY busy 8-lane roadway that has a center dividing island and no U-turns for a long […] while. Since the hotel didn't have a sundries shop, going to a convenience store wasn't all that easy to do. The ramp to the Interstate to points East and West was right there, but if you just wanted to go to a restuarant next door or down the road a bit you had to go way out of your way in the opposite direction to even get there. The surrounding neighborhood was a little seedy too, but never had any issues. Overall I had a wonderful seven day stay at the hotel and zero issues with my room or the hotel staff. :D Read more

Overall it was good. More space would be good! Why pay 8.00 for a drink at the bar when theirs a liqour store within walking distance across the street? Breakfast is over priced and theirs a waffle house next door. Consider the competition within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall the hotel was nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The housekeeping staff was very nice and the check in was quick and efficent.

The female working at the front desk upon check needs to work on her customer service skills. She was very short and should reconsider working in a service oriented business. We had a very clean room and given extra towels when we asked for them. I checked in at 4:45 pm and was told my room was not ready. Tired from a long day of driving, I asked the clerk how that was possible. He replied that housekeeping was behind and would I be able to wait or come back later? I told him I preferred not to, and he then proceeded to check me into the room that was supposedly unavailable. It was odd. The […] hotel itself is modern in decor but showing a lot of age structurally. It is in a terrible location, especially if you are traveling alone or with young children. There is a group of about 12-15 people who gather at the corner of the lot . (There is an abandoned bar/restaurant.) The hotel decor was modern and looked recently updated. The pool was small and the hot tub was too hot to enjoy. The staff was pleasant though it was hard to find staff in the evenings. Our only major complaint was that housekeeping on one day only replaced the towels in the bathroom and did not clean the rest of the room, make the bed or take out the […] garbage and the next day it was after 3:00pm when they cleaned our room. There were plenty of parking spaces though the parking lot is hard to get out of onto the main road during high traffic times. It is approximately 15 miles from Pensacola Beach but easy to get there. We usually stay at the marriot and that is a nice hotel with great ammenties including the complimentary breakfast but I have to admit the holiday inn was better.
