The hotel was the perfect location for everything that I did that weekend. Close to downtown and my son college. The room was great for the price

"Holiday Inn modern and close to shopping"
We stayed at the Holiday Inn because it was close to Jordan Creek shopping and so many restaurants for a girls' night out. Was fabulous except for the fact that I did not realize they didn't have continental breakfast until checking in at 12:30am.

This is a nice hotel and easy to get to. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding do not represent the quality of the rest of the hotel. Mattress is of poor quality, bed sheets are scratchy. Every thing else about the place is a good deal above average.

"Jordan Creek Holiday Inn in Des Moines IA -"
Very clean, for our stay, convienent location. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable. My wife and daughter used, and liked, the workout area. Hotel could use another set of elevators. Very pleased with Holiday Inn.

"Holiday Inn & Suites in West Des Moines"
It was right next to the Jordan Creek Mall. Very clean and the staff was very courteous. We couldn't get our television to work and they sent someone up right away to fix the problem.
"Great Hotel"
Everything was great. Nice room, good bar, great restaurant. Only bad thing was that the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

"Worth the money"
The hotel was very nice and a paradigm shift for Holiday Inns.The hotel was very well appointed and clean. The only shortcoming was the window unit which smelled when I turned the heat on . The front desk said the systems were soon to be serviced.

"Very upscale"
The hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and shopping and restaurants were right across the street. The pool and hot tub were excellent and very relaxing. Wish they would take pets, but this was an excellent value for the money.

"Wonderful Experience"
My two daughters and two grandchildren and I stayed in a room with 2 Queen size beds. The staff was curtious, the room was clean and had a great view, the beds were just right and the pillows, well, were pillows not pieces of cardboard and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
