This hotel is in an amazing location for an airport hotel - literally steps away from the airport exit. It's a beautiful, modern hotel that is new and sparkling clean. Beds comfortable and room quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant and bar area.

Located right at the aIrport, very convenient for departing flights. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. WiFi was included. Very comfortable bar-lobby area where we were allowed to stay until our flight departure. The only negative is the very early checkout time of 10am.

I'm a little concerned with security. Went to visit a vineyard and when I came back my bag lock and part of my money was gone. Lucky me I had my passport, money and Credicard on me when visiting the vineyard. Filed complained with the Manager of the hotel, but since this was a one night stay I could wait to get this solved. We liked staying here. It is just across the street from the airport and no more than a 3 minute walk. Note: there is no refer in the room and they won't let you store your luggage for the day. Had I known that, I would have tried to check my luggage through from Easter Island to Dallas. Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay.

We chose this hotel for it's airport location which was perfect for us -- arriving in the late evening after a very long flight. Very convenient and comfortable. One issue: Went for a late dinner at the restaurant which was not very busy at all -- yet it took forever to get waited on and to get a glass of wine. Had to get the attention of 2 or 3 wait […] staff. Redemption: The next morning, the front desk staff helped us with our hotel reservations for the following week in Valparaiso. I stayed here as a stop over to Easter Island, and loved it. It is literally just a walk across the street from the airport, and the convenience allowed me to go back and forth from the airport while i was checking my next fligths. Definitely would recommend to all.

Simply loved this hotel. We arrived at 1am from BA and were able to walk across the street and immediately check into our room. Brand new everything...great computer lounge for checking emails. Everything we needed and more. The hotel staff even gave us free converters for our American plug ins.

This hotel is very well-kept and comfortable, and it offers everything you might need, including a hot tub and free internet and computer use. However, it is very expensive, and since it is at the airport, that means it is not close to anything else. Only stay here if you really need to be at the airport, like for very late or very early flights.

Breafest was poor as their were no plates, cerial bowls or silver ware. It was impossible to eat your breakfeast properly. One person serving. My rooms AC went down during the night and my room temperature went to 82 degress. My portable clock which travel with me displays temp. I didnt get much sllep that night.

Can't beat this hotel for convenience. The restaurant and bar are a little pricey (as is the hotel itself), but there are good restaurants in the airport within easy walking distance. Regulating the room temperature was somewhat challenging - the room was slightly colder than we would have liked. Everything else was good.

This is a beautiful hotel. Can't beat the convenience when needing to take it easy before a transfer to another location or a rest from a long trip. The hotel restaurant was a bit expensive as well as the price of the rooms here, but you sometimes cannot put a price on convenience and quality. Loved the hotel.

Front Desk staff is a bit frazzled. We pre-paid the room but they made my wife wait til I got back from returning our rental car before they'd let her up to the room. Elevators were broken. Bottles of water were $4 for 6 oz. Worst of all, we needed a 6am wake up call that the baggage porter set for us on the hotel phone himself. Call did not come & […] we had under an hour to catch our flight to Lima. Nice looking place, great location. The hotel has free internet access, both wi-fi and computers available to clients. Yes, the hotel is at an airport, but there are lots of windows and it was bright, modern and fit what I needed. The only REAL advantage of this hotel is that it is practically 1 minute away from arrivals/departures of Santiago Airport. That is very convenient. Besides that there is not much to be impressed about here - but it all works okay.

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay before an early morning flight. It was walking distance from the rentacar dropoff and directly opposite the departures at Santiago airport. The staff were very friendly and efficient. It is a very new hotel with all the mod-cons incl free wifi.

Very practical location if in transit and a bus right across from the hotel at the airport can take you into Santiago for a couple of hours. Very clean hotel, good food and good serevice. Situated right across from the airport - only a few steps away.
