This hotel is great & perfect location. Target is just a walking distance as well as Starbucks, Panda Express, Ross & other stores. We stayed here coz it is near Thunder Valley Casino w/c is just 5-7 mins away drive.

nice layout, comfy bed, good flat screen, nice tub....but...the room reaked of septic fumes that could not be remedied even by opening window....noisy air cond....then to top it off..bathtub would not hold water & water was only luke warm...horrible, especially when old out .!!

The hotel itself was fine for what it is, a convenient place to stay after an event at Thunder Valley, but after charging the room to Hotels.com, which was confirmed at check-in, I was disappointed to find that the hotel ran my card "for incidentals" for the room charge. Phoned, emailed and faxed requests for a reversal were ignored completely, and […] I was forced to dispute the CC charge to resolve. When I think of a Holiday Inn Express, frankly, I expect mediocrity at best. But, the reviews were favorable and the price was reasonable, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Wow! What a surprise! For the extended stay, linen service was supposed to be every 3 days. This is understandable due to water. But in actually there was ZERO service for the 3 day period We ran out of kleenex, toilet paper and the normal coffee/hot choc/tea that would be in normal every day service. Only when we stopped the service personel and specifically requested items […] did we receive them doing the 3 day period. The linen is completely understandable but the lack of other service should be accompanied by a rate reduction. Same rate; same service-reduced service;reduced rate and this should be publicized upon booking. Had to check in late at nifht, after our concert. Great late night staff! Hotel room was spacious, clean, fancy, very nice... (Had one small stain on carpet). But hotel was otherwise perfect. Morning continental breakfast was very good. So much better than most hotels. Fresh food!!! Lots of choices!

I have stayed in this hotel over the past three years, and my observation is that it is starting to show signs of aging. Since it does not discount as do their "sister" hotel just a few miles away, I'd expect top a top rate room. Let's start by refreshing the bed linens and pillows.... all of which have seen better days (or nights). Great hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping and restaurants. The free shuttle to and from thunder valley casino on the weekends is great! Just call when you want to be picked up and they are there in a few minutes. I will definately stay here again.

Very noisy, hotel cleaning staff shout to each other in spanish in the hallways from 8am so good luck with a lie in. The Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln was nice, we are greeted warmly, our room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed walking through the town of Lincoln and had a lovely dinner at an Italian Restaurant. The internet at the Inn was extremely slow, so slow that it wasn't worth trying to use and the walls are very thin.
