The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is on a little side road so traffic noise was minimal. Breakfast was great with many choices. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Seems like a popular spot so if you are wanting to check in early, may want to give them a call ahead of time.

The service is great. Only problem I have is with the WiFi. The internet connection inside the room was terrible, however it was working good in the lobby. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The rooms were little noisy with the sound of people walking around above us.

The hotel was in an odd location with not much else around. This however did not detract from the fact the room was nice, clean comfortable and very reasonably priced. The hotel personal were very polite and well manered. I would stay there again on other trips to Greensboro NC.

The Holiday Inn Express was fine save my hard mattress. My sister didn't have a problem with it at all, so I think it was just me. I'm a little sensitive to firm mattresses. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was no mold to been seen in the bathroom. The lighting in there could have been slightly better, but over all a nice room. My only […] real complaint is that the air conditioner fan does not have the ability to stay on all night. To combat this problem we let the room get up to 74 and then we pushed it down to 68 when we went to sleep so the fan would stay on all night. Amazingly it worked! The fan noise was a necessity to drown out the loud partying going on at the Quality Inn & Suites next door. That hotel is an outdoor access hotel and the caliber of guests was, well, not respectful of people trying to sleep. Read more

Staff very accomodating. Location excellent for car traveler. Downtown, collesium, colleges, golf courses, and those headed back on road, perfect location. Clean. Pool was refreshing, breakfast staff went out of way to get us bananas to a very robust, diversified complimentary buffett.

Nice hotel, new and modern with clean, comfortable room. Very spacious and bathroom had a great layout. A little far from things and no restaurants in area but ok if you rent a car and can venture out.

This facility is worn out. My room smelled of urine. I like the Holiday Inn Express brand. This one is sub standard. Upholstery was worn through on the arms. All the other hotels I have stayed inunder this flag are basic but clean and up to date. I was grossed out. Heating and cooling blows out swampy air.

Great stop when travelling on I-85, just off the exit and next to 2 gas stations. Takes a little travel to get to a restaurant but it is easy and convenient to High Point if visiting for furniture.

The hotel was more than I expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Everything was new. Rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most buffet breakfasts. Very kid friendly - they really enjoyed the pool.

Location felt isolated and did not allow convenient, quick access to restaurants. The breakfast offered did not include healthy options such as yogurt or fresh fruit. Vending machines for sodas only. I arrived hungry and stayed that way until I checked out!

Most of the Front Desk were courteous, the housekeeping staff was also. The room and common areas could have been cleaner. The bacon was tasteless but overall the continental breakfast bar passed rigor for a hotel breakfast bar. The real downside and deal breaker for us was the HARD bed and flat pillows. Very uncomfortable and so we are considering […] changing hotels in hopes that we find a comfortable bed with at least decent pillows. We stayed at this location on three separate occasions in the last four months and the Desk Clerk told us that the Rewards program but didn't offer to enroll us. We did so on our second visit and of course our request to prorate our rewards participation to cover our initial visit was refused.
