The rooms were very nice, it was worth it to get a jacuzzi room. There was always plenty of hot water, which is always nice. The staff were very nice as well. We were late to breakfast and when I asked if they had any fruit left they were kind enough to bring me some apples and banannas out. The person at the front desk was so kind as to move us away […] from the pool, which was very active, when she realized we were a couple trying to get away for the weekend. We had a little trouble with the temperaure of the room at night. The unit on the wall would turn on an off continually all night which kept me awake and it was difficult to cool the room off. We needed to be located close to Holly, MI for the Renaissance Festival and this hotel was in the perfect location. They've done a great job of making it appear like you're not actually right off of the highway by making a long driveway and lots of attractive landscaping. The staff members we encountered were all very polite. helpful and friendly. The […] room was a little worn, and the lighting was not great, but it was clean. The beds were very, very comfy and the pillows made a nice pile for me to recline on. I slept very well. Breakfast was decent and had a nice variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable which made our night sleep very good. We did not go swimming, but the pool looked very nice and it was a good size for families. The breakfast was generous and enjoyable. The staff, including the breakfast gals, were friendly and willing to help us with small things. The […] elevator was not working and the front desk young man ran up the stairs to get us ice. One reason we chose this hotel is that we were able to get a rollaway bed for our 3rd child, although we had to pay an additional fee for this. My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located close enough to the freeway. I stayed here due to the reviews I read and we were not disappointed in the least. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a bear. The hotel was your average Holiday Inn Express. But, a couple of downsides. On check-in, the front desk person asked for my credit card and id, then proceeded to start counting the change in her drawer. I only took a second to get my credit card. Wait to count your change until after the customer is gone. The room had no shampoo. And I received a copy […] of a bill for a different amount than what I prepaid. My hubby and I just wanted a weekend getaway form the kids. The room was quite clean, and the pillows were WONDERFUL. We could not hear the kids next door, who had been running through the halls earlier. The staff was very nice. I will be coming here again.

The hotel is located right off I75 @ Grand Blanc which is about 20 miles south of Frankenmuth. It is much cheaper to stay here than the hotels @ Frankenmuth & Birch Run areas. The hotel is new, less than 5 years old & has a very nice & clean breakfast area. Recommend this hotel.

Good quality, affordable rooms. My only real complaint was that there was very little selection of food/restaurants in the surrounding area. But the location, relative to our destination (MI Ren Faire), more than made up for that.

The hotel was convenient and quite nice. Just a couple of problems... it is right off of 75 and it is VERY NOISEY with trucks passing by and also my bed had a mattress pad on it that was plastic!!! So every time I moved I felt like I was sleeping on a plastic TARP! Other than those couple of things it was nice.

Very enjoyable stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had one problem that was understandable but not to a 4 year old. The pool was closed before scheduled time but was informed that there was an accident and pool had to be sanitized.
