Room, dining room, lobby are all nice and welcoming. Free breakfast was great! Customer service was outstanding! Hotel is close enough to good restaurants and massage places -- a short drive.

We were there a bit early and requested a balcony room We returned later and when we went up to our room it was not ready and was located next to the fitness room We could not change rooms because hotel was sold out. We went to pool to allow them to finish room and when we returned it still was not ready. After going to bed at 1130 at night there was […] someone in the gym and playing loud music Kids running up and down the hallway unsupervised The gym should never be located next to rooms and should be locked after hours. After calling down to front desk someone finally came to sort out the kids but I had to say something to person in the gym. And at check out we told front desk all that had happened and all they offered was free points of we joined your holiday inn express club Very disappointed with my stay there. I had also booked 2 rooms on my card but they charged my mother $ 50.00 deposits room charge and after 3 days the deposit still had not been credited back to her card. Over all the room was very nice, the things i would like to see inproved would be that both the bath towels and the mattress could be softer. The towels were like sand paper and the mattress was too firm for me. The breakfast was better than expected

Both the receptionists that worked during our stay were so sweet and friendly. Our hotel room was clean, cute and comfy! We went for a stay-cation to visit the Glen Ivy Hot Springs down the road. This place was so close... along with the Dos Lagos shopping plaza that was cute and fancy. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

Our stay was very comfortable and we appreciated the breakfast and the very nice lady that was there letting us know about breakfast. The reason I rated the condition or maintenance of the hotel a "4" is the bathroom on the first floor had no soap. The jacuzzi was very dirty and the swimming pool was not very clean.

The staff, our room and the overall quality of the hotel was better then expected for the price of our room. My only complaint was the breakfast. The quality of the food was not at the same level as the rest of the hotel. I still would recommand the hotel given the overall quality.

Would not recommend this hotel. In the description it boasts to have pillow top mattress and premium bedding which is why we choose this hotel over the others. There was no pillow top mattress and one of the worst mattresses we have ever slept on and deff. no premium bedding. The towels were also gray!! Then there is the issue of the wind. We had a room at the front of the hotel and loud howling wind all night long.
