The staff at the reception area seems to be annoyed with the clients they did not show a friendly attitude and seemed rather confused about what was going on with the 3rd party charge just a very unprofessional check in; but the cleaning stafff was great and that was all of the interaction. The room was good the bathroom was great would stay again I would just want a better rate. Thank you.

The place is amazing. Beautiful rooms, nice spa, good gym. But what really distinguishes this place is the service. Every detail was thoughtfully overseen. The concierge even got us into a restaurant with a 4 month wait list. Room had awesome view.

"VERY Clean Room & Comfortable Beds but....."
We stayed here for the weekend because we have family about 3 miles away. We arrived at 9:50 and had promised the grandkids they could go swimming. They closed the pool at 10:00-No exceptions. Bummer. The breakfast was great. Very clean motel. But the pool diod not open until 10:00 A.M.-No exceptions, so we had to sit around the hotel another hour after […] breakfast so the kids could swim. There was no reason the poll could not have been open additional hours. I think this was to keep the number of swimmers at a minimal so they would not have to clean it as often. The next time I book a motel, I will be asking about the pool hours ahead of time. We also had a LARGE group of kids below us that were up until 3:30 in the morning. They were talking loudly, yelling, laughing histarically, jumping off the beds, etc. I thing the parents put all of the kidsin one room and slept in another. We had to call the front desk 3 times and go down to the front desk to get assistance. But it did no good. They said it was their policy to call the police if they had a 2nd complaint, but they must have just said that for our benefit. Read more

"Holiday Inn Express in Lansing, IL"
Convenient location near I-80 and for going into Chicago. Comfortable beds and very clean. The free breakfast is convenient and time saving to start the day. My family liked our stay in the hotel for two nights and I wound recommend it to anyone who travel to Chicago area.
"Lancing Hotel great location for 94 access"
We were in for a weekend visit due to family being in the hospital and retirement home. This hotel is very conveniently located to those places and 94. The breakfast was wonderful...especially the cinnamon rolls.

We really don't have a lot to say aboiut our stay. We got in late and left fairly early. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was nice. The people serving breakfast were friendly and easy-going. It is located right next to a car dealership, but until I went outside I couldn't hear the airtools […] or other noise. Newer hotel, personnel was awesome, breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
