This is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. It was a little higher price than the other hotels in the area, but just looked better from the outside and was even better inside. Not to far from the town, and super clean.

Hotel convenient to I-49 exit. Neighborhood awful ... unless your into gas stations, chain hotels, fast food shops, pick up trucks and tractor trailers. Room was next to elevator and in room fridge made strange noises all night. Hotel was clean and front desk helpful ... Natchitoches no garden spot ... Best advise arrive late leave early.

The workers as well as the room was wonderful. We were greeted with friendiness that continued no matter how many times we passed the front desk. We checked in and were given a rrom that was still being cleaned. We waited in the Hall for 35 minutes waiting for housekeeping to finish, and while I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, I don't think it is good practice to make someone wait, Next time give out a different room or tell me to come back in an hour.

Great reception at front desk. Room assigned was on 3rd floor and was closest to elevator. Upon entering room, it was hot (outside temperatures in the high 90's) with no ac operating. Also, smell of perhaps chemical cleaning agents was present. I turned on AC unit and left the room for an hour. Upon return, it was cool, but still some odor. Bathroom […] fan operates when light is on. Fan VERY loud and irritatiing. Any time in the bathroom was uncomfortable. Toilet seat was too small for the elongated toilet so impossible to sit on toilet without being on cold rim of bowl. There were few guests in the hotel and it was quiet all night so no complaints there. Bed was reasonably comfortable with nice pillows. Someone posted that these rooms were larger than those at Hampton Inn. I don't agree; this room had two queens and was crampted. Read more

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The only thing was we could hear every footstep from above for two whole nights. Had to call front desk on first night to make them stop. Had football team above. Second night same thing just dealt with it. Also did not like driveway to get to hotel!

I stayed one night and left with seriously irritated sinuses and an itchy and scratchy throat. I checked the air conditioner and it was filthy. I believe I even saw some mold growing on the vent. So, my advice...always check the air conditioner and the vents in a room.
