Front desk guy was amazing. Gave me a wonderful reccomendation for a resaraunt in town (Mike's Steakhouse- great food, great service, great amiance). Didn't spend much time in the room, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, as to be expected froma Holiday Inn. All food is about 4 miles away. The room was very clean. Very nice people. The breakfast didn't have much of a variety. We stayed there to visit the Motorcycle Museum that is on Main Street. We also ate at a restaurant called Stonehill Grill on Main Street. Very good food. Highly recommend it.

We had a good experience here at Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean, the location was nice enough, and it was close to the interstate (easy on off). They have a decent breakfast. I only had one request shortly after I checked in but nothing was done. I assumed the light bulb was out in the wall fixture and asked Front Desk clerk to have it replaced while we were out. When we returned, nothing had been done. The next day I happened to notice the unit had been unplugged from the wall. Either way, it should have been addressed […] and plugged in with light on in order to let me know my request was handled. This is not a major issue, but want to point out that it is the small details that most customers pay attention to. I am in the customer service business and deal with small requests on a daily basis. I stayed in this hotel with my 3 1/2 year old son for 4 nights. The wi-fi was pretty terrible, there were 5 options, but only one had a good signal, and that cut out every 15 minutes or so. There was no option for having housekeeping clean, but not change all the towels and sheets, and I think that's a colossal waste of resources, so I only had them […] clean the room twice (put the do not disturb sign out each of the other days). Well, the room was cleaned, but they shorted us on towels. The one time we went to the pool, my key card didn't work, but fortunately there was someone cleaning in there, so he was able to let us in. We were also able to hear people in the hallway and in the adjacent rooms late at night, which was somewhat annoying. Overall, it was a nice hotel. Clean, up-to-date, comfy beds, decent breakfast. Overall the stay was good. Had an issue with the clerk asking for my credit card upon arrival. She then charged it for the room cost despite me paying through Expedia. It then took several discussions with the hotel to get the amount credited back. I would stay there again......minor error on their part, but the clerks were all very friendly.

This hotel is always a joy to stay at. Great customer service and wonderful rooms and breakfast. I appreciated the extra service from the front desk. We needed to exchange our towels for some new ones and we got them nice and warm from the dryer. We'll be staying again soon!

All was good. The only complaint that we had was that we got hot at night and turning the thermostat down didn't change the temperature at all. It seemed to have a cap on how cool you could make the room.

We picked this Hotel for the kids to swim. When we checked in there was a sign that said pool was closed. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The heater in the pool was not working. He advised us we were fine to swim as long as we did not mind that. The kids were very happy, cold but had a great time!

I had to wait until 5:30 before I was able to leave. The front staff let me stay in my room because they had low occupancy the day I was there. That was extremely nice and it was very appreciated. I wish all hotels were so kind when it doesn't adversely affect them. Thank you!

We have stayed in Miami often. I think this was the nicest. It is difficult to locate the access road for the motel. A direction sign aat the main street would be helpful.

Room was very nice. Hotel staff was great. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant. He put is in a room that was quiet since there was a group of high school kids and younger kids staying at the hotel. They were not a problem at all.

We arrived just after the 3:00pm check-in time and were given our choice of rooms. The staff was extremely professional and courteous during our stay. My boys really enjoyed swimming in the pool -- which we had pretty much to ourselves. Overall excellent stay! Highly recommended hotel for a restful night after a long day on the road.
