      The staff was very helpful, but failed to tell us, when we were told that we could get breakfast on the 5th floor or by room service, that the breakfast on the fifth floor was included with the room. Nowhere in the information was this fact included and we almost skipped what was a wonderful buffet breakfast! Also, the room decor was so stark- a lot of black and white- such that it was hard to see because of the sharp contrast. Also, there was no top sheet and the bottom sheet was not a contour, and had very little extra to tuck in, so it came untucked and quite disheveled during the night. Otherwise, all was well- a bit noisy into the night- there was a party with a band somewhere nearby- but it was Saturday night.

    The hotel, staff and location are great. However, the internet service is awfully slow, at any hour. I would not recomend any executive that needs to be online this hotel. Also, Hotels.com should include this issue, Quality of Internet, as an item for rating.

    I was very disappointed in this hotel, I've stayed at other Holiday inn express before but this one fell short. I arrived at 2:45 and they told me I had to wait until 3pm to get a room, sure it's stated 3pm check in but rarely have I actually had to wait until the check in time. When I finally checked into my room I noticed a stain on the bed spread, […] time to retire that bedspread in my opinion. The room was also small, it had Ikea like furnishings and everything looked worn. During my stay I also never received any additional toiletries. I stayed for 4 nights, and all I got was one little bottle of shampoo. On my fourth night I asked for some more when I passed the front desk and she didn't have any. Breakfast at this location was also sparse if you go after 9pm, I had to settle with frosted flakes and oj. Read more

    In general a very good experience here. Rooms are comfortable enough and the hotel is conveniently located for my business purposes. Several stores, restaurants and supermarkets close by.

    I stayed at the holiday inn for business and got a smoker's room which smelled very bad but unfortunately they didn't have any non-smoking rooms to accommodate me. They did however send someone upstairs to spray air freshener which was better than nothing. Unfortunately I was unsatisfied with other parts of my stay as well: 1) There was no shampoo […] or conditioner - actually there was an empty bottle of shampoo left in the shower half filled with water but I don't think that counts 2) The hairdryer stopped working halfway through drying my hair. I tried the "reset" button a few times which got it working the first time but then it was making strange sounds and the air didn't seem to be coming out right 3) The breakfast was minimal at best 4) Half of the cardio machines in the tiny workout room weren't working and the workout room in general didn't seem like it was kept up well. But at least the hotel room was cheap and did the job since the Crowne Plaza had been booked. The staff were also VERY friendly but I wouldn't stay there again if I could help it. Read more

    The rooms are large, comfortable, but not luxurious, but not expected at a Holiday Inn. I don't like the design of the bathroom, but there's nothing wrong with it (bowl style). Service was quite good, breakfast was better than most at this level. Good road warrior place

    The only thing that really appealed to me about this hotel was the vicinity of it with respect to the visits I had to make. Note that they are installing a new elevator shaft and you do not need to set your alarm clock in the morning - the workers will wake you automatically. Breakfast was included and was just so, so - nothing special at all. The carpets […] can certainly be replaced - at least in the room I was in. When I arrived I was greeted with numerous power failures - I even got stuck in the elevator! It was my first time there and I hope this is not an indication of their power grid. It's good to know that there is a small mall just next door with a grocery store so you can get all your amenities a few steps away. Cabs were available most mornings at the front door. Segunda habitación: olor intolerable en todo el cuarto emanando del baño, ama de llaves ofreció aplicar aromatizante!!!!! Insistí y el equipo de mantenimiento revisó, encontrando obstruido el desagüe de la bañera, sin embargo el olor continuaba. Después de exigir, insistir […] y rogar por un cambio de habitación, alrededor de la 1:00 am me asignaron otra habitación mucho más pequeña por la cual había reservado y pagado, la silla del escritorio rota,!!!!
