    The front staff was wonderful. I had put in the wrong date for our stay and the desk clerk came to the rescue without any fuss and got it taken care for... us. We were up there for a college visit and our son decided that is where it will attend.     Room was good. Internet went down late at night and never came back up. Also indoor hot tub was broken. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast staff was hard working but not friendly. Would stay there again but would ask about condition of Internet and hot tubs first.

    Overall a nice hotel. We have stayed here a couple of times before. Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast selection is good and the food was good. Breakfast was included. Typical Holiday Inn Express. The one issue is that one of the beds was not in good shape. It sank in the middle and was not comfortable.

    My ATT phone had a hard time getting service part of the time. The hotel is nice and the breakfast is what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn express. I would stay here again. I was skiing in Crested Butte. The City does have a free shuttle to the ski resort. I was staying in Gunnison to catch a flight the next morning. I recommend the hotel. The closet […] food is a subway about a 1/2 mile. When It's zero degrees it is a cold walk. Main street is less than a mile. Read more

    Had a very good experience here. We got a room that overlooked green pastures and it was close to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside were the pillows and bed. The pillows were too high and stiff. One wasn't enough and two were too much. The bed was also uncomfortable. Besides that, everything was great.

    The room was very comfortable and spacious for the two of us. We enjoyed the view to the east. The hot breakfast each morning was very good. There was plenty of food and the cooks were very helpful. We liked the coffee. We had a very pleasant stay.

    They knew I was coming and checked me in in seconds Breakfast was fine since people picked what they wanted...... Only negative was the shower head spray which was wide and left my head in a dry area. Fortunately the tubs were deep and I could get wet that way..

    Visiting the college in Gunnison, we chose this hotel for the location -- adjacent to Western. It proved to be a great choice.     The hotel was very nice. We picked this hotel because of the rating and overall I would agree that it is very nice for the money. And they put together a really great breakfast. We did however choose this hotel because it offered an indoor pool. The pool was heavily chlorinated. To the point that it burned your eyes to be in the pool at all. There was […] also a pool "toy bin" and there was nothing in the bin. The front desk person did her best to search high and low for something, and did find a ball for the kids to play with. I really appreciate the effort that she took. But still would have been nice if the toys were available. They have a nice little in house store that you can pick up little things, candy, movies, micro dinners. More then the average little (if you forgot to bring this) stop and shop spot. Over all we enjoyed our stay and there lobby is really comfortable and inviting. We will be back in the future when we return for our annual tour of the fall colors. Read more

    We stayed here for 3 nights to explore the area around Gunnison. The large, well-furnished room was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The extensive breakfast was very welcome to offset the higher cost of this accomodation. This is the right choice for a longer stay in the Gunnison area.

    For the most part, we were very pleased with the hotel. The one thing we were most disappointed with is the fact that our room smelled very smokey. Very uncomfortable when you have children with allergies. Also, my children wanted to go swimming before checking out and waited until the pool to open only to find out 15 minutes after the pool was to open […] it was staying clossed until noon.
