It was an ok experience. The room I was in was starting to show it's age...carpet wrinkles, furniture scratched, etc. The room was clean and depending on price I would stay again but I found that hotel to be average.

Our recent stay was great except for when we went to check in, the 2 rooms that I booked didn't go through. Only 1 went through, we had to pay again to receive our 2nd room. I will use you again but hope to get this resolved

On checking in at 9.30 pm, everything was fantastic. The room appeared to be in good condition and it was a very comfortable sleep. However the next morning we realized that we couldn't turn on the shower and the tap had been dripping and collecting water in the tub. Although we had planned to take showers, we coped without. I mentioned it to the front […] desk on check out and he assured me that it did work? Also that morning I noticed a sock on the floor, left at the edge of the end of the bed, slightly under the quilt. Again not terrible, however it did make me wonder about how clean everything truly was. This sock was not hidden far under the bed, vacuuming couldn't have been too complete, hopefully sheets etc were clean. I enjoy Holiday Inn hotels but these two events were disappointing. Read more

Hotel and room very clean. Beds very comfortable. Good location - 5 minutes to downtown and about the same from highway 401. The pool and fitness were clean and the equipment in good working order.

There was a slight smell of cigar in the room and a slight smell of urine in the washroom. I'm sure this is not the case in other rooms given the appearance and cleanliness of the rest of the hotel.

We had a great stay, the hotel was very close to the wedding we were attending, and the room was clean and very comfrotable. There was even a microwave for popcorn! The only issue was when we booked the room (2 queen size beds) which would fit 4 people easily we were charged upon arriving 10 extra dollars per person. When we arrived at the hotel we were charged 20$ extra for the having a total of 4 to our room ( one more of our friends decided to come). We were travelling as a family with a 5 month old. Hotel was easy to get to, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. We stayed in the king suite which was large enough to easily set up the playpen and have room for the baby to play. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel from 18thJuly-21July. The hotel appears fairly new and very up-to-date from technology to decor. The rooms are a very good size, bathrooms are well equipped with towel service daily. Staff were all very friendly. my stay was fine until my wife's kindle went missing, we forgot it on the night stand when we checked out, we returned 4 hours later to pick it up but it was no where to be found. Its very unfortunate that you can't trust the staff in this hotel as the room was not rented out to any other person. Never again! The service is beyond despicable. I had booked a Jacuzzi suite months ago for a quiet getaway for my husband and I. I stood at reception for 10 minutes ringing the bell to get some service. FInally the cleaning staff told me someone was coming. The young man did not apologize for the delay and althohg we arrived at 2 we were told that the […] previous guest had still not checked out so our room wasn't ready. It was a Tuesday so I was surprised but understood. We returned to check in later and went up t o our room to find not only was it a standard room,not the jacuzzi suite but it smelled of cigarette smoke and there were empty beer bottles and coffe cups on the coffee table! We brought our luggage back downstairs and explained that the room was not cleaned and it was not the room we had book and pre-paied for on line. The manager came out, did not apologize but did agree to put us in another room . We proceeded to take our luggage back upstairs to the new room. It had a jacuzzi tub but it was not cleaned since that last use. Disgusting!! We opened the curtains to see that our entire window was blocked by the hotel signage. You could not even see a piece of the parking lot! We decided to make the best of it and go for dinner. Then the cleaning lady came in to clean to room! We explained that we had just checked in. We asked the front desk if they could recommend any restaurants. They said no but we could google it on line! We decided to check the yellow pages and found a few places. We called to the front desk to ask them to call a cab but it rang unanswered for 20 rings. We decided to call the cab ourselves. The next moring we went down for complimentary breakfast to find it had been packed up early, The poor server snuck us two stale muffins from the fridge while checking to ensure the mamanger did not see her! we asked for a late checkout but were told the hotel was full although the parking lot was empty.
