Came into room and temp was 98 degrees. Had to turn on a/c in 30 degree weather, but a/c was not functioning. Kids were sleeping so did not want to switch rooms. Breakfast OK.

Great hotel. Very close to restraunts and Tennessee tech campus. I thought the staff went above and beyond on service. We needed milk for our baby and they opened the breakfast area refrigerator for us. Saved us a trip back to the store. They also opened breakfast a little early for us runners that were going to be running in a half marathon early that […] morning. The only two ratings that didn't get a 5 were maintenance and neighborhood. On maintenance, our door would intermittently not want to close and lock. Staff was quick to respond, but since we did not stay but one night, we didn't get to see resolution. On neighborhood, it is right behind a truck stop, which made for a slightly noisy night, but nothing you couldn't sleep through. Overall, very pleased with the service. Read more

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Good breakfast. Would stay there again. Desk clerk not helpful. Seemed irritated when we asked for a dinner recommendation and then sent us to a place that was closed.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Our favorite hotel in Cookeville. Definitely one of the better quality hotels in Cookeville. Well-kept, clean, with multiple amenities. Beds are very comfortable, rooms well-stocked. Free wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave, etc.

Hotel was great. Unfortunately it was across the street from a gas station that catered to truckers. These truckers tended to get gas a get yappy at 3:30 a.m.

New Hotel. Friendly at check in. Had fresh cookies and gave me a priority club greeting basket with water and a snack. Work out room was clean, pool looked inviting. In their snack bar they had "healthy choice" microwavable meals and a microwave in my room. Shower had OK pressure, but bathroom was very spacious and clean. Nice hotel, very clean and up to date. Rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable, and temperature was set to a cozy level. Continental breakfast was a great way to get the day started. My wife and I had a relaxing stay and will certainly choose this Holiday Inn again when travelling to Cookeville

This is a clean hotel with a great breakfast and a spotless facility. My ONLY complaint was the internet. You could not lay in bed and use your laptop, there was NO wireless and you had to sit at an uncomfortable desk and hook to the ethernet cord. Otherwise it was a great room for that price.
