I was told that the hotel is usually fully booked by corporate travelers from Monday to Thursday, but Friday to Sunday calms down. My Friday overnight stay could not have been better. The personable and friendly front […] desk and service staff, were attentive and accommodating. With just a handful of patrons, it was so quiet and relaxing. My room was in excellent shape, clean and crisp. Free internet access, local/long distance calling. TV with numerous Dish stations. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom clean and stocked and shower with quick water temps and drainage. There are a good mix of local restaurants to choose from for dinner. So the in-room microwave and refrigerator came in handy for brought back leftovers and dessert. I requested a late check-out the next morning which was no problem. From 6am to 9:30am the hotel provides a free continental breakfast with pastry, muffins, bagels, pancakes, omelets, sausage, cereals, juices, milk, tea & coffee. Outstanding! We had a great stay here. There was a glitch in our stay in that we were supposed to have a separate bedroom suite. However, the Holiday Inns do not have those kinds of suites. We stayed here in the middle of a long drive to a wedding, so it was just a one night stopover and we got there late. However, the hotel was one of the cleanest I've been in! I loved that the whole facility is smoke free, as I have asthma and that is often an issue for me. Beds were very comfortable and shower had sufficient water pressure/temperature. […] Hotel was quiet on my side but my brother was on the roadside and found it noisy at first (but he lives way out in the woods with no traffic so...)
