    Staff very friendly, room very clean. Shower actually stayed hot, did not switch to cold as some hotels do. Bathroom was nice and large, where you could actually turn around. Only complaint is the mattress. I'm used to one of the foam mattresses. Wish you could upgrade to these. I felt every spring in the inner spring mattress.

    We picked this hotel because of the swimming pool for our family while on vacation. During the afternoon and evening of our stay, the pool area was occupied by a bunch of men drinking beer who were obviously drunk. The rules posted at the pool said "no alcohol". We contacted the front desk clerk, and she told us "there's nothing I can really do about […] it". These same men stayed at the pool until about 1:00 AM, although the pool rules said the pool closed at 10:00 PM. The posted rules obviously do not matter. Providing a nice environment for the family is definitely not part of the mission of this Holiday Inn, and I would not recommend it to anyone bringing their family. Read more

    Came to Woodward to visit family. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Best feature was the fact that it was close to a Walmart, a couple of nice restaurants for the area and an absolutely beautiful new park with new playground equipment and a small water park that was perfect for our age 3,5 and 6 year-old grandchildren (only $5 for adults […] and $4 for children). The park and waterpark were less than 2 miles from the hotel. Read more
