The overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly, we arrived at the hotel hours before the check-in time after a 23 hour flight from Australia and were able to check-in straight away. The hotel has free WiFi in the lobby area with paid WiFi access in the rooms. It is a short walk to the local facilities in Brentford.

This hotel is only a short distance from Heathrow (30 minutes by bus/underground) but it is located in a lovely village that has plenty of shops and ammenities. The bus stops right outside the hotel (E8) and costs 2.20 pounds per person to get to the underground station (Boston Manor) on the Piccadilly Line. Very happy indeed with the hotel and the service. Very nice and clean and staff as helpful as can be. a bit far drom the tube station as e found on the first day, realised afterwards that bus lines e2 and e8 have a stop in front of the hotel. The only thing was, when we got toBrentford at the T junction our sat nav was telling us to go right, however […] we asked 2 separate pepple where the hotel was abd they directed us towards Premier Inn . Returned very happy from our stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff, easy drive into central london. Everything we needed was in room; iron, mini fridge, kettle, safe. Only negative was hotel and room was very, very hot no A/C and a little noisy when windows open at night, plus a pricey overnight parking fee but we were in london […] so is kind of expected but overall very pleasant stay would recommend and will be staying again. Had a good night at this hotel. Including waiting time getting into central London took about 1 hour getting the E8 bus to Brantford station (5 mins) and then the train to Waterloo (30 mins). Gym was a bit of a let down but usable.

Nice, clean hotel, could have been more sachets of coffee and milk in room also should provide 4 cups instead of 2 in case children require a hot drink. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, and every time it has been everything i wanted, and at a reasonable price. Located just off Brentford high street, which is not the most affluent, the hotel on the Locks shows high quality throughout, good service, well trained staff, safe parking and cleanliness of rooms. I have not used the restaurant much, […] but the bar area is immaculately presented and well staffed. In terms of location, we got a multi pass for use on bus, train and tram from the costcutter shop near to the hotel, and used it multiple times, it was easy to get into London city and back, via train or bus. And it was only a 7 minute taxi to Twickenham for the rugby. Also, Richmond and other lively areas are easily reachable of an evening to eat and drink. Thus i would highly reccomend a stay at the hotel, especially if visiting Twickenham during the visit. Read more

Besøgte hotellet sidste weekend, og var særdeles positiv overrasket. Værelset var rent, og i rigtig flot stand. Servicen var i top, og man følte sig ikke på noget tidspunkt ikke velkommen. Faciliteteterne var over forventning specielt det store engelsk morgenmadsbord, som bidrog til en endnu bedre oplevelse af London. Jeg overnattet i 3 netter, syns generelt det er en bra hotell med vennlig stab. Den enkleste veien inn til sentrum er å ta buss E8 til Boston Manor og ta tuben videre derfra til byen. Likte hotellet veldig godt og kommer nok tilbake. :-)

Hotellets servicekvalitet og hotelfaciliteter ligger i top. God plads på værelset - også i badeværelset. Hotellet ligger langt fra London centrum ( ca. 1 til 1,5 time) og er ikke noget godt valg hvis men skal se Londons absolutte seværdigheder. Der er gode transportmuligheder. Ca. hver 10. minut er der en bus ( busstoppested lige foran hotellet), som […] kører én til Boston Manner tube station. Når man tager hotellets beliggenhed i betragtning ligger prisen i overkanten. Nogle dage købte vi morgenmad på hotellet. Der er et stort udvalg - men ostebordet var under al kritik. Osteskiverne var hårde, indtørrede og krøllede opad i kanterne. Hotellet i London som passer til de fleste formål man har med turen. Rommene er store, renholdet godt og servicen er god. Det ligger litt utenfor selve sentrumskjernen, men med gode buss- og undergrundsforbindelser tar det deg kort tid å dra til og fra både sentrum og Heathrow flyplass. Busstoppen ligger 20 m unna hotellet.

Hat uns sehr gefallen, war als Ausgangsort zur London Besichtigung in Ordnung. Bis zur Stadtmitte benötigt man 45 Minuten per Bus und U-Bahn.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, Handtücher gewechselt. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit weg von der Einflugschneise (Heathrow), im Zimmer ist aber von Fluglärm nichts zu spüren.
