The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown Toronto airport. I think if the weather had been nicer and we didn't have as much luggage, it would have been possible to walk from the airport to the hotel (how often can one say that!) There is alot of construction outside the hotel, so it was tough to find it by car and it was also hard getting a cab later that day. Patience is necessary. The hotel staff was cold and brusque, not accommodating at all. They refused a one-hour late checkout. Also, we asked for a double room, but was given a king because there were no more doubles available. Though the room was an upgrade to a corner "suite," it was still inconvenient. The room itself was lovely. Huge bathroom, clean, comfortable, spacious. We would go back there again, particularly when the weather is nicer and we can explore the harborfront area (there is a shopping mall down the street that looked really nice with restaurants and a supermarket).

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Discreet service. Premises seem well maintained. Parking lot felt a little crowded, though - perhaps it should be a bit bigger given the size of the hotel.

I was welcomed and attended to, with a bright smile at the front desk. My room had a great layout. It was very clean, neat and professionally taken care of. The restaurant and bar located within the hotel provided great service and they were very comfortable. I look forward to staying again when I visit Toronto again.

Great hotel for a business traveler. When I arrived I thought the hotel is new but I learned that it is already 6 years old. It is definitely very well... maintained. The breakfast ist good. Internet works well through WiFi or Eithernet. Lots of TV channels. Restaurants are only a mile away and one is right across the street. For people coming from smaller towns to the greater Toronto area, make your sure your hotel is within few miles of your destination. After hearing of Toronto's bed bug problem, I chose to stay alittle farther away. This Holiday Day Inn is about an hour drive from Toronto. The neighborhood is a commercial area with alot of warehouses, yet looks safe and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Most important thing...NO BED BUGS!!!

The hotel is in a great location near the shopping center and walmart for small items shopping. The room is very clean and maintained. Breakfast in the lobby area is simple and good. I have enjoy my stay and would come back again for my next trip. Not a cheezy place at all.

The kids and I stayed 4 nights . Housekeeping is good, room always kept clean and was provided clean towels daily. This hotel also Serves hot breakfast ,the automatic pancake machine was amazing kids ate that every morning. Scramble eggs, cheese omlettes , sausages , bacon , and yogurt . The heater in my room was stuck on heat - i couldn't even turn it off, so I ended up just unplugging it from the wall. There was no way to cool the room down as the windows didn't open. So it was hot all night.

It was suprise how expensive is Canada for trevelers. So this hotel provide very good service, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast and parking (in Toronto parking is not allways incluided in hotel service!!!). Rooms are clean, bads are comfortable. Highly recomended!

My family and i enjoyed our stay very much. breakfast was great. my sons loved it. Hotel is conveniently located to many stores. Easy access to most places. I loved my short stay.

For the price compared to other hotel cost in the area, this was fine. Positives: The rooms were a good size, the hotel was clean, and we felt safe in and around the hotel. Negatives: The pool was cold, the hot tub was broken, the breakfast was not the greatest (no homemade cinnamon rolls, just store bought, I thought that was a staple?)

The Holiday Inn Express in Brampton is good value. The room was very clean, hotel itself was clean, and there are stores and restaurants just a block away. Parking is free and morning breakfast is free. Brampton is a nice community. I would recomment this hotel for a short stay.

Over all hotel stay was great the only suggestion I would have is to extend the breakfast buffet to 11 am rather then 10. Other then that it was a great stay.
