The hotel itself was fine but we stood for 15 minutes at the front desk waiting to talk with someone while they talked on their cell phone (yes, front desk clerk, I can see you behind that half wall). Generally unfriendly staff.

We went stayed for SandFest and had an amazing stay! They even gave our kiddo a sand bucket for the beach. There were a few issues with our room, but they were taken care of IMMEDIATELY! Clerk was rude and seemed preoccupied. Room didn't have working ac and it stunk. Manager was very rude. Will never go back. Will stay at best western next time, it's a lot better and I should've stayed there in first place but I was trying to save some money. Never again!!! Bad service!!!

Everything was great, noted room was a little dark due to not enough of light (kinda hard on the elderly to see if not enough of light fixtures), otherwise couldn't ask for a more pleasant stay. The breakfast was fantastic, the pool and hot tub was a bonus, staff very friendly and pleasant, was glad we chose this hotel. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

state 4 nights in a row with the only issue of neighbor noise. We were on the third floor away from the children which was great we just had a loud businessman who liked to talk at 4 o'clock in the morning. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub and it was January. While checking in we discovered the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, but were supposed to be ready the next morning. The breakfast does not have many options and there is only one person working there in the morning. The hotel room is not clean and many things need to be fixed for the room I stayed: the bathroom light, coffee maker... the staff is not friendly. Would not stay there any more.

Our room was nice, and our king bed was ultra comfortable. The two things that bothered me was that the sink in the bathroom drained slow, and the shower was NEVER the right temperature. It was either boiling hot or ice cold (seriously). We tampered with it trying to make gradual adjustments, but it was never in between. Otherwise, the room itself was […] clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant enough. The breakfast was a hot breakfast buffet, and I was excited to try it. However, it was not very good. The bacon was meaty and delicious, eggs were just okay, biscuits and gravy - the biscuits were hard and dry but the gravy was good (just wish it was hotter), pancake machine spit out the worst pancakes I had ever tasted- they had a weird, almost plastic-like taste. So, the breakfast could have some serious improvements, but if you stick to the "cold" stuff and know that not all the hot stuff is going to be good, then you won't be disappointed. The hot tub was one of my favorites! The pool area was nice and clean, and they set out clean pool towels for us to use. Overall, a pleasant stay. The hitel was about a mile from the beach so that was nice and convinient. The whole hotel was very clean. In fact we thought it was new that's how clean it was!! So we asked the lady at the desk when it was built and she said 2006. We had a room with one king bed, it was on the 3rd floor ( but there was an elevator) the room was very nice and clean. […] The free continental breakfast was great! There was freshly baked cinnomon rolls, sausage gravy and biscuits, a neat little pancake maker, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bananas, yogurt, cereal, milk, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. This was our 4th stay. We love this place! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It is on a main road(Ave. G) that leads to the beach. (a short walk) and very close to many things. Not to mention the great restaurant right across the street. (Shells) Our kids love the breakfast in the mornings and we don't worry about the room being clean. […] The only thing I can mention after 4 stays is the breakfast staff are very perky and chatty. I can't carry a conversation until at least 2 cups of coffee, so I tend to duck them : ) I can say from experience that it can be difficult to find a place that is clean and not run down in the area. This was a nice stay. Room was good. The air was cold but the unit was noisey. The bathtub was missing a stopper. Everything else was really nice. We love the breakfast. The beach could be seen from the hotel but is a block or two away. We would stay here again.

My stay was not great. I came with my boylfriend for one night and was hoping for an enjoyable stay. Instead, I got loud neighbors, trouble with the tv, unreliable staff, and problems with the air conditioning. Safe to say when I visit the beach again, it won't be through this hotel.

We were impressed with our suite. It was very nice to have the bedroom with the two queen beds, and have the ability to close the bedroom off from the kitchen and living area. The sofabed was an additionally nice amenity. The bathroom was spacious. Our kids really enjoyed the suite too. It felt like a small apartment. I came with my granddaughters both age 6. We were at the end of the hall on 1st floor which was perfect for us. The pool was very nice and people at pool were friendly and spoke. Nice to have a suite with a door that closes between the bedroom and sitting area. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach. The hot breakfast was adequate but the egg dishes were not the best.

The stay was OK, but when I arrived at 7 pm (after calling ahead to let them know I would be arriving) my room was NOT ready, and the front desk sent me to my room... even thought it was NOT ready. We tried to find water in the hotel. None at the front desk, none in any of the vending machines on any of the floors of the hotel. Should have brought my own. Also, the AC was lacking. We got there at 1am and left at 8 am, so it wasn't worth the effort of telling management.

Newer hotel awesome staff right 1/4mile from the beach! Some where reservations got messed up we should have had 2 queens and a sleeper sofa and only had two queens and the hotel was our of roll around beds. That's was our only complaint the whole trip! Oh and awesome breakfast!
