Stayed in a number of hotels, one of which was cold and we couldn't turn up the heat. It was easy enough to get extra blankets for sleeping, but that would have been our only complaint if this was that hotel, hence the "3" rating on comfort. Otherwise, this facility was very nice.

There's a great coplimentary breakfast in the mornings and there are plenty of familiar chain stores within a mile or two, at most, of the hotel. Although this hotel is located between Mount Pleasant and Scottdale, either are easy to get to as well at other surrounding towns. Overall stay at motel was great , room was very clean . When I get up Monday morning to leave went to parking lot to find that my licenese plate gone from the back of my car. Reported it to front desk the two young ladies didn't seam to care at all. They did call the state police and thats it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Hotel is quiet. The biggest pain is probably the fact that the ice machine is only located on the first floor. The rooms are comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water. We have stayed there 4 times and have never had a bad experience.

I was pleased with this hotel because it is the only one in the Scottdale-Mt. Pleasant area without going to New Stanton. I've stayed at least five times when visiting my family in the area. If booked on expedia, call ahead to ensure you are given a King bed or you mat end up with two doubles instead. It also tends to book every weekend so plan ahead. […] The breakfast is good and they even provide to-go bags. Toiletries are above par and the beds are clean and comfortable with both firm and soft pillows. My only complaint is that although the hotel is non-smoking, the third floor rooms always reek of smoke- pack a travel candle! There's also free Wifi! Near fast food, gas stations, a Wal-mart, etc. About 45 minutes from Falling Water- 25 minutes from Greensburg- 10 minutes from Connellsville. Read more

Even though we were in an nonsmoking room, the hallway smelled like smoke, the stairwell also smelled bad and the old smoke smell made its way into our room. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. But, what I will remember the most is the horrible smell.

We chose this hotel because it was near my in-laws. They are smokers and we are not so we wanted a place to crash that was smoke free, clean and comfortable. I don't think I have been to a Holiday Inn Express before, but this one definitely sold me on the brand. There aren't a lot of hotels right by those sites, so this Holiday Inn was somewhat convenient in that it was only around 20 miles away.
