En metro dia 24 no había agua caliente y de la regadera y llaves sòlo salía agua sucia y maloliente. El hotel en general sucio y descuidado. Les deberia dar verguenza recomendarlo. Por otra parte hotels.com manipula la informacion para enviar turistas a esta porqueria de hotel porque yo inicialmente pregunté por otro hotel y me dijeron que estaba lleno. […] Finalmente a las 10 de la niche fui a dar al Caminio Real y estaba medio vacío. Mala empresa de reservaciones, mal hotel y terrible experiencia. Pobre Pachuca!!! Read more
