There is quite a bit of construction (roadwork, mostly) in the area which makes getting to the hotel a bit more challenging than expected, but even with that, we had an excellent stay! The staff were extremely helpful and responded to every request and question with professionalism and courtesy. We would definitely stay here again.

Very accomodating seeing I showed up with a injury and required a handicapped room and they responded immediately without even blinking. Hotels has continious vents running in the bathrooms that cannot be turned off. Part of the ventialtion system. I have stayed in lots of hotels but I have never run into this. Very annoying to listen to all night.

Nice Hotel for Milwaukee. My daughter enjoied the 24hr pool. The hotel was very clean everywhere. The staff was also very helpful and plesent to talk to. I would stay again.

I've stayed in hotels in Madrid, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Seattle that included breakfast with room rates equal or less than Crown Plaza Milwaukee West. This hotel is in a near western suburb of Milwaukee, not in the city. It is clean, in a good area, not overly friendly front desk help and I feel room rates are high.

This was my third stay here and it was another good stay. Friendly staff, easy check in, room was very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and having multiple pillows was nice to swap in the middle of the night to have a cool pillow. Bathroom did not have the common problems of many other hotels where the shower head wobbles in the wall. Great location! Not the cheapest option, but very good location, very close to Zoo, Miller Park and Mayfair Mall. Plenty of restaurants within the area. Very nice building, room was very comfortable. Bed was soft. Pool area was small, but water was warm and hot tub was hot. A lot of hotel are cutting back in this area, very nice to see this one has […] not. Fitness area was very nice, but the only TV was behind the equipment. Equipment was high end, so if you brought your iDevice, you probably could get hooked up with your own entertainment. My 9 year old son and I were in town to catch some Brewer's games at Miller Park. The hotel is located nearby and they offer a shuttle to the ballpark which was convenient (and free!). The hotel has good access to the main highways and it's easy to get various points of interest in town. The room was a decent size, well maintained and comfortable. We stayed here because we were attending a Milwaukee Brewers game. The room was clean and comfortable. Really nice workout room. The pool was really small, and the free wifi was terrible. Even thou we knew they didn't offer a free continental breakfast, one sure would have been nice considering the price and rating this hotel gets.

Our room was payed in advance. What part of 4 guest did they not comprehend? Daily we would call the front desk, to request the proper amount of linens for our room.The swimming pool 20'x40' was much smaller than the online pictures make it out to be.And for the cost of the hotel you would think they would have supplied breakfast From the on line pictures […] it would lead you to believe your staying in a world class hotel. I normally love hotels with a specific thermostat setting that is easy to control. Our air conditioner was not working properly however. The fan was noisy and it could not maintain a temperature setting. The rest of the hotel is nice, clean, and staff are personable.

The hotel grounds were very well maintained and clean. The check-in staff was knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with information that made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food & drink at the lounge area was satisfying and the host at the lounge was also very friendly and took care of our every need. […] A real plus was the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to Miller Park. This particuliar night the game went into extra innings (14), and when we exited the stadium, the shuttle van was waiting for us to take us back to the hotel which provided us a sense of security. The gentleman who drove the shuttle was very understanding that the game went into extra innings and kept his sense of humor even though this created a very late night for him.
