The family enjoyed this stay at the Crown Plaza. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The activities were excellent, the pool , snooker, table tennis... Some of the staff were a little confused about prices of the breakfast buffet and were inconsistent. All worked out in the end. Would definitely stay there again.

The whole was superb in every way. The only problem I had was the that there isn't much around in terms of value for money food and the resort itself is very expensive! If you stay here I would suggest bringing snacks with you as the hotel charges through the nose for items such as breakfast!

My partner and i stayed only for one night. The room was clean and had everything necessary. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Our favourite part was the awesome buffet breakfast - well worth the money. The pool was beautiful. Thankyou.

Service is bad probably during christmas time with less staffing. No greetings at front. We had to carry our luggages several trips into our room by ourselve. Food ordering service took so long and closed too early.

Everything was great except I asked the admin staff to take a photo of me and my partner next to the Christmas tree and one said no and another said ok but rolled her eyes at me and took a really bad picture with our heads half chopped. This was disappointing as we were welcomed by happy staff. They didn't appear to be busy, there were no other guests […] around so I thought this was a bit rude. I had also booked for a helicopter flight from the hotel to surprise my partner, i advised the admin staff of this but was instructed to ho to the back of the hotel despite me clearly stating that the helicopter company told me to be at the front. the staff member assured me that the helicopter pad would be at the back. we did ad told by the hotel staff and missed half our flying time! And also took away from the wow factor i had planned for my partner. The staff obviously had the incorrect information. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. Read more

We booked a "villa", overlooking the golf course which looks more like a cheap university campus made of concrete blocks, badly finished, no gardens. Sent two emails to request details, weeks before, but never got an answer. Furniture looks old and worn out. Wonderful stay. Staff successfully organised wine tour for us at last minute. We didn't expect the buffet breakfast at Red Salt to be as busy as it was so allow plenty of time (at least 15 minutes) to be seated. Location is excellent!

Our room was clean and the rooms are really a great size but we had a bad smell in our room , like someone had prawns in the room . No very nice , they did give me a spray to pump around the room and that helped a bit. The pool was very busy and not enough pool chairs.

Everything is there. Pool, dining and a bar. However food and drink is very expensive. Go somewhere else for breakfast and drinks. Hotel is nice and clean, staff are not experienced but thoughtful. Close to Hunter Valley attractions.

Great location, clean modern spacious room. Stayed at 2 bedroom villa for second time with my parents-in-law, and three of us including our 2 year old daughter. Everybody was impressed. Definitely will stay again!

The room was very spacious and nice. We stayed in the King suite with spa. Would definitely stay here again. Main problem was the amount of spiders in the room. I originally booked for a 3D/2N stay at the Crowne Plaza in Lovedale but my husband ended up extending for another night. The hotel was a very nice place to stay at and the location was conveniently located near all the attractions in the area. The only downfalls were my husband was disappointed with the delay of cleaning our room. Our room still wasn't […] made up by 3pm but it was all sorted out when we told reception about it. The outdoor pool wasn't heated even though on their website it said it was. So we had to settle for a dip in their spa with my 3 yr old son instead. The spa was heated. The last disappointment was their Kids Dragon Club which caters for 3-12 yrs old kids. I have been telling my son about it before we went to Hunter Valley and he was looking forward to it. This was another reason why I chose the Crowne. I knew we had to book for the kids club beforehand but reception told us that if there were no other kids booked then they wouldn't be able to let my son in the club. Anyway, my son did end up going to the club on our last day when three kids booked in as well. Overall, staying at the Crowne was good and I would consider staying at this hotel next time maybe around summer this time so it wouldn't matter if the pool was cold. Read more

This is a lovely hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable and extremely friendly staff. The room is perfect in size, amenities and ambience. ワインの名産地の中の広大なホテルです。シングルルームは本館に、それ以外はヴィラのような形式で４部屋毎に部屋がありそこに宿泊しました。部屋はとても清潔で、広いキッチンとバルコニーがあり、寝室とシャワー・トイレも２部屋ありました。インターネット少し速度は遅いですがはWiFiとLANがあります。食事も不自由することはありません。少し物価が高いので、我々はバーベキューをレンタル（50ドルでガスバーナー付き）して、レンタカーで近くのスーパーまで食材を買い出しにいきました。従業員の対応や、部屋の清潔度、大自然を満喫するにはかなり満足のいくホテルだと思います。家族や仲間と旅行するには、お値打ちでかなりお勧めです。

The staff of this hotel keep offer you what you like. At the fantastic buffet breakfast the keep offering you the best coffee and excellent hot special prepared meals, etc. The villa rooms are very large, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting room and a well equiped kitchen. Yes, it is expencensive but it is worth every dollar.
