Nice, modern, clean room only steps from the slopes.Genuine Expedia guest review
"good location n mountain..."
location is good, unit is ok, but a bit small for a one bedroom.....the major drawback is needing a key card for everything....also the staff is just ok...not very friendly.....cancellation policy is awful....Genuine Expedia guest review

"Rooms nice but don't expect mountain views."
My reservation clearly stated mountain view. We were looking at grass, rocks, and utility boxes . Management said they did not have to honor "requests" when booked through a third party. Hotels.com called them and got us moved up 3 floors. Our fireplace did not work, and they said their maintenance man was sick. The ski village (restaurants, shops) […] was closed for the season; the place was deserted. Drove into Winter Park for delicious dinner at Deno's Mountain High Grill - creative entrees. Our favorites: beef tips with brussel sprout slaw, and salmon with beets. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Family vacation to attend a wedding in Winter Park"
Stay was very pleasant, off season nothing convenient for food or drink. Hard to find, possibly easier if you came over Berthoud but we came in through Fraser. Hard to locate check in, signage was small and not easily seen. But once you found it the personnel was friendly and helpful. We were able to get all of our family members on the same floor which […] made it very convenient. We would stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect place to celebrate a birthday"
My husband and I went to Winter Park to celebrate his 30th birthday and we had a blast! The location is great and our condo was wonderful. It was spacious, comfortable, and we will definitely be staying there again in the future!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Checkin was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Half of the lights either did not work or I could not figure out how to turn them on. So I take a dim view on that aspect! I asked the main dest to have Hide-a-bed made up since I physically could not. Arrived back at the room late with two sleepy children and the bed was not ready. So sad.Genuine Expedia guest review
We really enjoyed our September stay. We were there for a wedding. It was definitely the off season, and a few of the nearby shops and restaurants had restricted hours. The resort itself is beautiful, and very well maintained. The room was large and comfortable. The underground parking is a nice feature, as we ran into rain.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was descent"
We loved the hot tub and the walk to winter park was very close. The room itself was nice. The bad things about Fraser crossing: no air conditioning, no room cleaning & no hotel staff on premises, you have to check in and get ur towels brought over from the zephyr hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice condo close to winter ski activities"
We stayed for one day while visiting the Rocky Mtn. Ntl. Park. It's a very nice place that's in the midst of winter activities. We were awakened by a train in the middle of the night and the layout of the rooms did not seem safe in the event of a fire. We'd stay again if we were going to be arriving in the winter.Genuine Expedia guest review
"IT was great, good facilities staff was very helpfu"
We had a great experience, the accommodations were good, the scenery was espectacular it is my favorite vacation place.Genuine Expedia guest review
Best place we have stayed in winter park yet. We have been visiting twice a year or more, for the last 7 years.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Condo at Winter Park, CO"
Fraser Crossing/ Founders Pointe is a HUGE place. Lots of condos in a mountain village setting. The parking is underground and there is no air conditioning, so our condo was rather hot when we arrived in August, 2013. However, after opening all windows and letting in the cool night air, it became more comfortable. There was only one elevator in our […] building, so it was quite a walk down meandering halls to our unit at the other end. There are lots of fun things for the younger folks to do, especially children, but not so much for senior citizens unless you are able to hike the trails, bike or ski. Everything was clean and well-kept and the staff was accommodating and nice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice family getaway"
Good two night trip to the mountains to cool off. We vacations with two small children 3 and 5 and had fun at the Winter Park resort. Great games and amenities to keep the kids busy.Genuine Expedia guest review
Founders Pointe was lovely! Great location and nice hot tub. Tasty restaurants in walking distance. It was 80 degrees in our room, because they don't have air conditioning (not uncommon in the mountains -- but we have our home thermostat set at 68, so 80 was pretty uncomfortable). We think this was unusual for the mountains (it is August), but it's […] something to be aware of if you don't enjoy sleeping hot. :) Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
spent 2 night here. rooms were nice and clean. rooms had just a couple of small problems, heat wouldn't adjust down and was to hot w/o windows open and several lights didn't work. we would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Summer Getaway"
My wife and I stayed there for a weekend in the summer. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, and it didn't light up my allergies. The staff pointed us to some beautiful hiking.Genuine Expedia guest review
the beds were very uncomfortable. WE have stayed at places alot cheeper and there beds were verry comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and nice rooms"
As others have said, the room was a bit warm and did not have AC. However, the windows open and there is a ceiling fan, so it wasn't bad. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is a great location, with shops and resturants within easy walking distance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Family weekend getaway"
My family enjoyed Founders Pointe. We rented the one bedroom. The pull out bed in the couch was really not bad. It is odd how far away the elevators are from some rooms. However, there are luggage carts. We were at the condo in early August. We really enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants and sit outside to eat. The resort area had all […] sorts of outdoor games set up for kids. Giant connect 4, other stuff to jump on. Parking under the building was easy and convenient. The hot tub is large and a great way to relax before bed. The tv's were nice and were new. Great cable channel selection. No AC but we didn't need it. We spent the days in Rocky Mountain National Park, about 40 minutes away through Grand Lake. We had a really nice time. When we checked in I asked the woman checking us in about restaurants and she had great suggestions and was really helpful. Seems they are really busy and try to get you checked in quick, but if you ask they are happy to take the time to answer your questions. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice unit close to the mountain."
We spent one night at the condo before enjoying the adventure park. It's close to the mountain. The hot tub was great. There's a small market on the other side of the hotel - wish we had seen it earlier as we might have bought a few things to eat in the kitchen.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Summer trip to Colorado mountains"
We were very happy with the hotel. We booked a studio room. It was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchenette was modern with up to date décor (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances - 2 burner stove top, M/W, small fridge and D/W.) All dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc were provided. It was conveniently located in The Village, at […] the base of Winter Park Resort. There were plenty of restaurants and shops...all within walking distance. Our room looked out over the very large hot tub in the inner courtyard area of the hotel. The view of the mountain and the base area of the resort were very beautiful, especially as the lights came on in early evening. The bathroom had a deep soaker tub, a blow dryer was provided and plenty of towels. There is no air conditioning but the nights were very cool so we slept with the windows open. A box fan is provided for those who need it for additional cooling. There was also a humidifier to use, if needed. Underground parking was nice. Only cons: The U shape of the building was inconvenient when trying to get to the elevator/vending/ice machine since our room was at the far end of the "U". The noise level from those using the hot tubs got very bad one evening. We finally had to contact security to do something about it. We appreciated that Security did show up quickly and things quieted down. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Went on a family vacation and the hotel was very nice. A little outdated (ie.. box tv's etc). They also have a rodent problem. Was sitting in the lobby and a mouse came to say hello. (I don't hold it against them that much we are in the mountains). Other than that they hadn't great activities for the family great military discounts and I would be remiss […] if I didn't mention goody's restaurant they are the best! This is a very good place to stay with your family. I would definitely return again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful Place to Stay"
I have stayed in many different condos/hotels in Winter Park and this was the best place I've stayed so far. The room was vey spacious, clean, comfortable and having the individual private outdoor patio was GREAT. The outdoor area where the hot tub is located has the most amazing view and you feel so tranquil relaxing out there. BBQ's are provided for […] personal cooking which gave it so much more of a homey feeling. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. I will definitely stay here again. "Great condo in Winter Park."
We reserved two nights at Fraser Crossing in Winter Park. It's a great condo with a view of Winter Park Resort and the village. The staff were attentive to our needs in a timely fashion. There were many good restaurants in walking distance. I think we found a new recurring condo that we will enjoy in the future.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Nice Hotel, but LOUD!"
Hotel and location were great. Loft had plenty of space for the few hours we were in it for my family of 4. The only big downfall was that it was so loud w/ the train passing through. I can imagine this might be primarily a summer time problem, but w/ the windows open, and the train running through the night - having to use its squeaky breaks and blowing […] its horn right outside our hotel- it was actually difficult to sleep... "Good place to stay over night"
We had a great time. The room is clean and the service is excellent. Our only complaint is that our room was close to main road and too much traffic noise since we had to open our window to keep the room cool. The room has no A/C.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and room!"
We loved our hotel room, even though there was no AC it was still comfortable. Nice king bed and a pull-out sofa-bed for the kids. The kitchen was great even though we weren't there long enough to cook anything. Didn't know we had to check in across the street but it was speedy and it was great being able to use the parking garage. Wish there was an […] elevator closer to our room but the stairs were fine. I lost my sunglasses by the hot tub and the only option was to call housekeeping, who never answered, so probably will never see them again. Water pressure in the shower was horrible, but usually that's how it goes at hotels. The kids loved it and it was just a short walk to the village across the street. Employees were always friendly and helpful and of course it was beautiful up in the mountains. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"just across the street from all the activities"
the location was great. it's right across winter park drive from all the action. no air conditioning, but the windows open and their was a ceiling fan so it cooled off quickly at night. our room overlooked the hot tub but it wasn't noisy. overall, pleasantly surprised.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Stayed 3 nights."
Arrived and they neglected to tell you, check in is across the street. First set of key cards did not work, We were placed about 150 yards away from the elevator. When we asked to be moved closer, this was not possible. We used the steps from the garage. instead. No air conditioning but staff was not aware. Asked to have the fireplace pilot turned on […] for the cooler evenings, they said yes and then never did. Their mountain views were a parking lot. Awoke on Sunday morning at 8:00 to a rock band tuning up with their bass. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff was not accommodating at all. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Overall a positive stay/ some negative detail"
The resort itself was modern and welcoming, however the cleanliness was subpar. The comforter on the bed had some stains, and the stove was a bit dirty. The tub was impossible to use due to the fact that it had no warm or cold water, only scalding hot. The staff was helpful and even allowed us to check out later than our original time.Genuine Expedia guest review
A very nice room with ceiling fan and a fireplace. We were able to open the windows to allow the mountain air to come into our room. It was very quiet due to being in the off season, I believe there was only one other couple in the entire place.Genuine Expedia guest review
"If you're closed, you should probably tell guests"
We arrived and there were thousands and thousands of rooms empty, and two taken. Literally, thousands of empty rooms, and actually TWO taken. Nonetheless, we were given a room on the 6th floor, around a corner, and the longest walk away from the elevator, passing easily 25 rooms in the process. Was it to give us a great view? Nope. Who knows why it […] was. When we arrived the outside door was open to our room and the bed had been stripped; no towels either. What's that? There are half a dozen restaurants and a few coffee shops? Nope, everything was completely and entirely closed. There was nothing open, a complete ghost town. And probably someone should have told us that when we booked the resort that it was closed. There was still loads of snow on the ground, but I guess they had closed 4 days prior. Why are they still renting rooms then? Our favorite part was when a suitcase fell over in the elevator and hit the emergency call button........ and it took EIGHT minutes for it to ring through one answering service to another answering service to another before a person came on and we could tell them it was an accident. Outside a loud recording played for hours and hours about someone who and tresspassed. LOUD recording, in a variety of languages, shouting out at no one that the "authorities had been called" (Naturally, we never saw any authorities arrive.) It's a gorgeous property, but don't book it without calling and asking what is and isn't open. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
