Everything about our stay was fabulous! We had never stayed at a Four Seasons before...and now I don't know how we can stay at any other resort. Four Seasons has set the standard. We have been planning future vacations based on locations of other Four Seasons Resorts. Everything was perfect!

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and we enjoyed our stay very much. The views and the climate here are pretty surreal. Life doesn't get much better than laying out on the sundeck with your significant at night with temperature of 70ish, under a starry sky and a full moon. The temperature here in early June was very nice all day long (73 degrees […] F or so all day with little variance) and we didn't get hit with any tropical thunderstorms during our stay, except once while we were asleep. I think the over-the-water bungalows with Beach view is the best option (since you can see the sunset directly from your room). Don't get the room with the pool, its a waste of $$ in my opinion since you won't be using it all that much. The depths of the water under the bungalow is roughly 5 feet, you can go right in the ocean from your room. Water is calm for the most part, so even for people who don't know how to swim, its pretty safe and enjoyable. The resort also has an awesome pool area on the beach. The resort feels very exclusive and not crowded like other beach vacation hot spots. Food options are limited , but then again, you are on a remote island, can't get the best of everything. Bring some mosquito body spray, getting bitten is probably the most annoying part of our trip. Service was great and the staff are very courteous. Couples will definitely enjoy their stay here. Simple things like bottled water always available even at the pool, cart rides to and from the room, and water activities like snorkeling, kayak and paddleboats were all free. Amazing! Normally I tend to enjoy small boutique hotels instead of resorts but yearning to stay in an overwater bungalow in beautiful Bora Bora I went all out and picked the Four Seasons. Absolutely spectacular! The location is stunning, so romantic, splendid, heavenly. The bungalows are sensational inside. You can open all the doors facing the lagoon […] and feel that nice breeze flow in. Every night we fell asleep outside on the porch underneath the stars. The house keeping was top notch, the food really nice - the breakfast has a great selection including a juicer. The staff are so friendly & they always seemed to know our names. They keep your water filled to the top at the beach bar & the beach bar staff are so kind! This was really a spectacular get away. In fact, we did not leave the resort at all. My favorite part was feeding the colorful fish in the lagoon. My only gripe was after the beach bar closed around 5pm I tried to get a drink at the Sunset Bar but they wouldn't serve me because I was wearing beach attire. For the amount I am spending I should be able to wear nothing but a grass skirt & be served :0) None the less this is a heavenly resort. A must at least one time in your life. Oh, and the view of Mt. If you are going to spend the money to go to Bora Bora, you should definitely stay at the Four Seasons. The over-water bungalows & the views that come with them are even more beautiful than any pictures will show. The staff is incredibly nice and will go out of their way to cater to your every need. Some tips: 1. Don't convert your cash to Polynesian […] Francs before going. The exchange rates in the US are not as good as using a credit card and converting left-over Francs costs even more. 2. The inner lagoon is not easy to find since the signs around the hotel don't mention it. Follow the signs to Teen Island for the lagoon. It's very clear and warm, doesn't get busy, a perfect place to snorkel, and hundreds of fish and coral to play with. Ask for some bread from any of the staff so you can feed the fish, it's a lot more fun than it sounds! 3. Everything is RIDICULOUSLY expensive in Bora Bora. A bottle of sunscreen from the local grocery store in Vaitapee costs $30! Bring lots of sunblock and bug spray and use it liberally. 4. Don't be afraid of forecasts for rain. The rain is warm and usually doesn't last long, and it makes for an even more fun time swimming in the lagoon. 5. Book a room that includes complementary breakfast buffet, otherwise you'll end up spending close to $90 a day for breakfast for 2. 6. There is no night life. Don't bring dancing shoes or clothes. All of the restaurants are casual and you will be in shorts, flip-flops, and a shirt all the time. Read more

We just got back from the most amazing time at the FS Bora Bora. From the time the beautiful wooden boat picked us up at the airport, from the time we departed the island, the service, beauty and experience was dreamy. I was celebrating my 40th birthday and had many wonderful surprises and "Happy Birthday" messages. When we arrived at the hotel we were […] able to check into our bungalow early and felt like royalty with superb service from Thomas the rooms manager and Ines our wonderful hostess. The hotel has their own lagoon for snorkeling which is fish filled and has a mini-tour from the resident biologist Oliver who is super cool and totally handsome. ;) Every meal we had was good (Sunset Bar & Arii Moana) and the pool menu is really yummy and a good value. The rooms are very large and very elegant with comfy beds and beautiful furnishings. The Spa is truly the most wonderful I've ever been in, it's not too large or small but is gorgeous and in a great location with prime views of Mt Otemanu on the ladies side and the ocean from the mens side. My purification spa treatment from Siti was the highlight of my trip! Because I am a realist and hate reviews that aren't honest I will let you know I had one complaint...the door bell to the bungalow is loud and sounds like a timer. :) That's it...everything else is PERFECT! One was a grill where you went up to the grill and ordered the meat you wanted (chicken, steak, scallops, mahi mahi, etc) and then the sides were buffet style. That was really good. And the best food we had was where they did a pasta night. This time you went and ordered the type of pasta and sauce you wanted. That being said, I would definitely go back. The spa was fabulous. The Four Seasons was the best part of our two-week honeymoon to Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea. There is no better hotel in French Polynesia. Bora Bora is expensive - just realize that right now. Do not go if you want to save money. If you have acknowledged that paying ~$28 USD for a mai tai is ok with you, then you will surely have a great time. The Four Seasons is a stunning property, complete with a man made lagoon with 1000 fish varieties and carefully manicured grounds highlighting the […] Polynesian flora. Our room was amazing (over water bungalow 314) allowing you to relax in a generous tub with the windows open, gazing at the lagoon and mountains beyond. We brought our kids, ages 4 & 10, and the room was plenty big enough for all. I jumped off the dock each morning and swam around and had the place nearly to myself. In fact, unless you are at the pool, you really don't see many people. The kid's club is run by a team of dedicated folks and my kids loved it. Perhaps it is the French influence but they really want the kids to have a good time and are not just "babysitting." Upon our departure the entire club, of 3, came over to say good bye and brought my kids a parting gift. Food at the resort is excellent which makes it much easier to pay that much money for it. One of the things I find odd is that you must pass the "private" beach used by the villa occupants in order to get to the over water bungalows and there was no one there when we stayed. It seems a bit odd to have that much beach unused. Also, I would not recommend the place to anyone looking for a lot to do. This is a place to just unwind. Read more

It was noticeably different between the staff we met in the hotel in Papeete and the hotel in Bora Bora. We were extremely satisfied when one of the staff recommended a particular restaurant in Vaitape. She even helped to book the restaurant, arranged a taxi to pick us from the pier and then send us back to the pier after the dinner. She did it all for nothing. The staff too are very knowledgeable not only of the hotel and the facilities within the hotels but also provide useful advice on general matters which are beyond the scope of their duties. These little things makes a big difference to anyone who is there for the first time. Besides having a pleasant and relaxing stay in the hotel, we also thoroughly enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurants. Being in the hotel is very much like being in a ship at sea. One does not have the liberty to go anywhere for meals. However, for the duration of our stay in the hotel we enjoyed every meal we had in the hotel. ビーチサンダルやバックが持ち帰り自由！お水も毎日無料で人数分のペットボトルが補充され、テニスコートやアクティビティの際には配られ放題。新鮮なタオルも存分に使うことができ、無料の洗濯機や乾燥機も所々に配置され、快適すぎる滞在でした。ホテルのある場所も美しいところで、少し距離があるバイタペまでのボートの送迎も無料なので、完璧でした。ただ、あえて言えば、水上コテージの設置場所が砂地であり、深さも結構あったので、魚も少なく、部屋からの餌付けができないことが唯一の欠点でした。日本人スタッフも、レセプションや厨房にいてくれて、何一つ不自由ありませんでした。

O Hotel é maravilhoso com serviços de primeira. Grande maioria dos hóspedes eram casais em lua de mel - o que não era nosso caso. A experiência hotel foi fantástica, mas ele fica muito afastado (ok, oferece transfer diários com 2 horas livres na cidade mais próxima) e estando lá, pouco se conhece de fato da Polinésia Francesa.
