The owners couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. The room its self is in some need of updating but that being said I was comfortable and the bed was just fine. Considering the cost, for a lone business traveler this is a great value.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time last week, as I was passing through Niagara Falls. I'm not a picky guy so I don't really have any complaints. The rooms weren't huge, and the TV wasn't new, but everything fit well for the price I paid, and appeared to be cleaned well when I walked in. This hotel is most definitely not a five star hotel, but it as excellent stay on a budget. While one of the cheapest hotels in the area, the Swiss Cottage in has excellent service and is pretty nice for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and may stay here again if I go back to the area.

It was OK. No breakfast served. Rooms were clean. Restroom was clumsy. Room Service was courteous. Manager was very polite and helpful. Location of the hotel around 5 miles from the falls. Dunkin Donuts is the nearest hot spot at this locations. So coffee lovers, its your place.... :). The quality of th room was not at par with the rates.

This hotel was about what I expected for the price. If you are looking for a place that is cheap with no frills, this is your hotel. The room was small and ugly. The bathroom was tiny. If you stay request not to have the end room. That is what we got stuck with. It had a large corner window with cheap vertical blinds that didn't close very well. We were visiting Niagara Falls on our way to Boston so the hotel was cheap and provided a place to sleep, which is all we were looking for. Yes it's small...yes, it's not a new motel...but for the price and location, it was super. The rooms are small so if you are taking a family of ten, don't stay there. Two beds, two people...it was perfect.

This is a very basic but very clean place. No hairdryer. No kleenex. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and set up a great tour of the area.

The management was extremely cordial and helpful. One would normally expect money-mindedness and several places where I have stayed before, we were charged extra for prolonging our stay by just a few minutes. At Swiss Cottage Inn, we happened to reach later than our expected time and the manager very sweetly agreed to let us stay a little longer than […] the check-out time. They had a reservation after us, but the manager said that we need not worry, the room could be cleaned quickly. Also, he helped us out with directions and good places to eat. we booked a queen size bed, we got a double but did have a fridge and micro wave but that was the extent of comfort that we got, have to change or strip in the room next to the bed, bathroom so small wacked elbows on wall of sink if you tried to get undressed or dressed in there, bathroom window looked on a pile of junk, old tires, and lawnmower and […] a brick wall. when you got out of shower you literally walked into the sink. no alarm clock or phone, no ice available, luckily we had a cooler for traveling and had to use that to keep ice in. looked like at some time they replaced the ac units, the walls outside of rooms had 4 inch gap all around them not very attractive looking at all and route 62 north to get to falls brings you threw a very shady area, was not comfortable going at night , and daylight only made it seem worse. if i went again would stay closer to falls at the days in or in the casino hotel Read more

Great price and place to crash. We went to niagara falls, not the hotel! The front desk lady gave us trolley cards and a trolley schedule. The room was small but bed was comfy and room was clean. The pool looked nice, however, never made it for a swim.

Stayed for one night, just needing a place to sleep. It was close to Niagara falls and has a lot of surrounding restaurants, a target and gas stations. Room was small, bathroom was small and the AC was weak.
