This hotel has an incredibly good view - the best view from a balcony I have ever had! But you do have to walk up a hill to get to it. The room itself was fairly basic but everything worked and was clean - it just was not luxurious. The common areas of the hotel, particularly the pool and outdoor areas, were very pleasant and had received more investment […] than the rooms. Hotel Panorama in Tolo was one of our absolute favorite places in 2 weeks in Greece. We spent 3 nights and would love to go back. The hotel is perched spectacularly above the bay and the little town, with a really nice pool as shown on the website. The people though are what really set the place apart-- Christos and his uncle and everyone else were […] particularly warm and gracious hosts. The place is close to major ancient sites, Mycenae (40 min. away) and Epidavros (30 min.) among others-- a good base. Rooms all have balconies with that great view, and also at least some of them have little kitchenettes with basic supplies-- and very reasonable rates. Clean and comfortable. They have family suite sort of rooms too, to sleep four. A little bar / taverna at the pool too. Town of Tolo is really just a street along the beach with tavernas, restaurants, gelato, postcard etc. shops, very pleasant place to stroll. Read more

The location - on a hillside with great views over the Saronic Gulf and islands - offers huge visual impact and the public spaces (pool, bar, etc) are well maintained and clean. The rooms however are in dire need of re-furbishment. Billed as an apartment-hotel, the 3-person room came equipped with an ancient electric stove, a sink and small 'fridge […] but virtually no eating/drinking utensils (eg: only 2 non-matching glasses, two coffee mugs and an assortment of plates). A notice warned that guests were responsible for cleaning all used utensils but the room was not equipped with cleaning materials or kitchen towels. As we were only 2 and were mostly eating out, the lack of proper food preparation facilities and tableware didn't really bother us, but it could have been a major issue for example for a family who were seeking proper self-catering facilities. The bathroom was also tiny (a sideways squeeze was necessary to enter/exit the shower), but the necessities (hot water, towels, etc) were all there as needed. On the plus side the staff were extremely friendly and did their best. The room wasn't equipped with a corkscrew (remember this was supposed to be an apartment) so we had to ask the reception for one which they readily rustled up from the bar for us. The breakfast buffet was unimaginative but offered a good choice of the basics (cold meats, cheese, cereals, croissants, endless coffee, fresh fruit, fruit juices (though not fresh!)) despite the fact that there were few guests in the hotel during our stay in early June 2010 - in fact we had the dining room to ourselves during breakfast each day - ditto the pool. If you're looking for a close-by but cheaper alternative to staying in Nafplion (about 10 km distant), Tolo is a good choice: a small fishing village which has been overtaken by the indigenous tourist trade but on a manageable scale - about 2.5 hours drive from Athens airport. When we arrived the room had just been cleaned. After closer inspection the cooker was dirty with grease on the nobs, which had been there for some time and the worktop was water damaged and split. There wasn’t enough knifes and forks and the chopping board had seen better days. The cooker also had flaking paint. In the bathroom only 1 light worked […] and there wasn’t a shower door. When I Complained they sent they sent in the cleaners to clean the cooker but the as the worktop was split they couldn’t do mush about that. We where there for 4 days and after complaining a number of times they put a make do shower door at the end of the 3rd day. We chose this hotel as we have children and wanted to cook a number of our meals ourselves but as the kitchenette wasn’t hygienic we eat out more than we wanted to. The staff where friendly and did try but as everything was dated there was very little they could do. Read more

Other reviewers say there is a steep climb up from the beach. Well we're both over 60 and it took us only 5 minutes, the 59 steps into the hotel being the main element. But for that you are rewarded with a fantastic view from the hotel, the room , the pool and the very well maintained garden, and some peace and quiet off the main street. Tolo was great […] out of season. If we go back to tour the Peloponnese again one day , Tolo and this hotel will be the first one we'll book..We'd be very picky, if we tried to find any faults with this hotel. Didn't meet expectations. Oven too dirty to cook in, no oven trays. Had to request cleaning materials - apparently people are expected to bring their own detergent etc. Beds very hard even for European standards. The driveway is so steep that a small car with 4 people and 4 suitcases cannot get up it. There was another car there this night with the […] same issue. We spent 5 nights at the Panorama hotel. We enjoyed every moment. We had a room on the second floor with views over Tolo, the harbour and sea. The hotel is set on the hillside just above the town, this has both benefits and drawbacks. The drawback is that the road up to the hotel is quite steep and pushing a buggy (as we were) was quite a task. The […] plus side is that the location was quiet and the view from the balcony was stunning this alone definitely made up for the walk. We also didn't feel so guilty about eating icecream and pastries. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, a cooker, crockery, utensils. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying with a choice of fruit and yoghurt, fresh bread, eggs, ham, cheese, pastries. We enjoyed a mixture of weather sun for a couple of days, cloud and storms. The pool is lovely but we didn't quite fancy braving the cold. We spent 2 days relaxing on the sandy beach in Tolo, the sea at this time of year is still warm our 3 year old loved every moment of splashing amongst the waves. The bus (coach) to Napflio runs every hour at a cost of 1 euro 40. The bus stop is just at the bottom of the incline to the hotel and the journey takes 10 mins. The Panorama is a family run hotel, and what a lovely family they are too, nothing is ever too much trouble. We mentioned one morning we didn't have hot water this was resoved immediately. Our departure time meant we would have missed breakfast, however breakfast was put on early to accommodate. Read more

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un appartement de l'Hôtel Panorama. Le lit d'appoint pour notre fils de 5 ans était un peu ancien, mais correct. Le coin cuisine permet de "dépanner" et de préparer des repas si l'on ne veut pas sortir, même si la batterie de cuisine et la vaisselle sont vraiment réduites au minimum. dommage qu'il n'y ait pas […] de produits d'entretien. Værelsernes standard er dybt utilfredsstillende. Badeværelse slidt og ingen komfort. Håndklæder lugter surt. Køkkenfacillitet er ikke brugbart - beskidt og mangelfuldt. Pænt køleskab. Fantastisk udsigt. Byen Tolo er strækt nedadgående - mange butikker er lukkede og byen forfalder. Kan ikke anbefales.

Hôtel très bien situe dans les hauteurs de Tolo avec piscine vue sur mer , principal atout de l'hotel car le confort de la chambre ne correspond pas a so classement : literie moyenne , salle d'eau , déco très basique. Accueil sympa du propriétaire . Bon petit resto sur place mais pas donne.

Мы отдыхали в этом отеле с14 по22 июня 2012г. Выбор на этот отель пал из-за близости его расположения от исторических объектов на Пелопоннесе,красивой панораме и то, что он находится за чертой города Нафплион, в поселке Толо. В отеле есть всё самое необходимое. Завтраки не очень разнообразные. В номере есть холодильник,плита ,раковина,посуда, вплоть […] до штопора. Очень милый бассейн(хотя и не большой). У бассейна бар, где можно как выпить холодный коктейль, так и плотно поесть.(Порции большие, даже по греческим меркам). Уборка номера производилась регулярно, хотя и не очень усердно. Бельё и полотенца меняли постоянно. Кондиционер работал исправно. Номер небольшой. Ванная комната-крохотная. Вид с балкона и из окна просто обалденный. Read more

ローシーズンということもあり、エリア自体かとても静か。 そのためか小学生くらいの子供達が宿泊していて(修学旅行？)朝食はとてもにぎやか。 オーナーのスタフィスはとにかくサービスに尽くしてくれた。 自家用車で景色のいい丘に連れて行ってくれたり、夜はビーチ沿いのレストランへ連れて行ってくれたり。 とにかく、この旅を自由に楽しく過ごせたのは、このホテルのサービスのおかげである。 滞在は数日にしたほうが楽しめそう！ 一泊だった私たちは、もう少しビーチやトロの街を楽しみたかった。

Vi har været meget tilfredse med vores ophold på Panorama i Tolo. Beliggenheden med den fantastiske udsigt er virkelig god. Tolo er en hyggelig turistby med en supergod og børnevenlig strand, som nemt kan nås til fods. Værelserne er spartansk møblerede, hvad der passede os fint i varmen. Hotellet er utrolig velholdt, med et meget imødekommende og ærekært […] personale anført af en dygtig og venlig værtsfamilie. Poolen er kanon, med vid udsigt over Tolo. Excellent accueil dès notre arrivée. L'hotel se situe sur les hauteurs de Tolo ce qui offre un beau point de vue sur la mer. Le petit studio mis à notre disposition était confortable. Aucune mauvaise surprise pour le règlement de la prestation.

toller Meerblick, Strandnähe, das Hotel thront über Tolo. Tolo selbst ist nicht der Hit, bietet aber alles übliche, was ein Touri brauchen könnte. das Hotel wird souverän, professionell und unaufdringlich geführt.
