"Great location, good room, weak shower"

The hotel is a short walk to Walking Street. Our room was on the 6th floor and overlooked the street. We were worried the street noise would be a problem but the thick windows kept the noise out. Excellent. Really, the only gripe would be the shower. No real water pressure. Highly recommended hotel despite that.

We stayed 2 nights in Soi 8 and were so glad we found this hotel. The moment you walk in off the street the lobby relaxes you. The pool was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A must!

"Great room for the $$"

The room was very nice overall. had one complaint, called about getting a plug adapter and they never showed up. i called 45 minutes later and it was there within 2 minutes. Wifi was iffy and alittle slow. Room service was delicious. Will stay there again! Aloha!

"Security Needs Improvement"

After 4 nights, and seeing the security guard numerous times. My wife and I were returning to our room and he asked her for her ID card, insinuating she was a "Bar Lady". I called the desk and let them know what had happened. But instead of an apology in person for his mistake, we were only told how sorry he was when we checked out the next day.Security guards, like police officers, are supposed to have very good re-call with faces so they can remember who's who. An accusation like that to the wrong person could mean the end of a job. Also, we checked-in a night early. And when I gave my credit card to make the payment they told me not worry, I could take care of it when I checked out on Friday. They didn't tell me they were changing my dates of stay and I would have to ADD an extra day on Thursday, but this is what they did. We came back from a trip on Thursday afternoon and found we were locked out of our room. We were informed our booking had expired and were supposed to have re-booked for the extra day before noon. I was outraged when told of this and showed them my booking paper. They opened our room and apologized for their mistake. Big lack of communication!!!
