"A little to modern for it's own good."
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon. While the room was very comfortable, modern, and clean, it was a little too fancy for it's own good. Have you ever been around someone who has every new gadget, but it's so advanced that they have no idea how to use them? That's what this place seemed like. The TV wouldn't work, so someone […] had to come reboot the whole thing. The phones had so many confusing options that I ended up just calling in our room service from my cell phone. Don't get me wrong, the place was super nice. The staff were excellent. We mentioned at the front desk that we were on our honeymoon and when we returned the next evening, there was a nice note from the front desk clerk with chocolates. The bellman had to come up to our room 3 times in the first hour for various things and was always gracious. Overall, the hotel was very nice. Great location for exploring Grand Teton National Park, great on site facilities, and wonderful customer service. We are considering coming back during the winter for some skiing! "Not a place to stay during summer"
This is a very nice hotel but better suited for winter snow activities. If going to the Grand Tetons during the spring, summer or fall, it would be better to stay in Jackson rather than Teton VillageGenuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was lovely. The surrounding area was scenic. Couldn't have picked a better place to be on day one of our vacation. Quiet luxury.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I stay here often for work; the staff will go out of their way, spa is gorgeous. I DO wish their gift shop was open longer hours and if you are in a room above the pool there is some outdoor noise but it is nothing horrible. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and quite dark for sleeping!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great spot outside Jackson Hole"
It was well maintained and environmentally friendlyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great deal for off-season"
Great deal. Very nice setting. Just a bit difficult to find dinning around since most restaurants were closed for off-season.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice hotel!"
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff at check-in was friendly, but the night staff wasn't as friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't tip for poor service!"
This hotel was very convenient with the lifts just outside the back doors. The beds were not as cushioned as other 4-5 star hotels we've been in. The pillows were full, soft, and comfortable. Towels were rough. The amenities near the coffee pots available for purchase needed dusting. The bathtub had nicely powered jets with a rain shower. The restaurant […] had good Italian food and a friendly staff. Housekeeping was accommodating to leave me two regular coffee rather than a decaf upon request. The lobby was inviting with a fireplace, Christmas tree, and lounging furniture. Upon arrival, the front desk did not acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes when there were two employees and only one was helping another customer. Upon departure, the bell hop that helped with our luggage was unfriendly , he did not make room for my husband in the elevator as he brought the empty luggage cart up when my husband had an armful of things coming down, and he did not open the lobby doors for my husband when his arms were full of things. "Nice Hotel, conseirge needs to be more efficient"
My wife stayed here and raved about everything except the conseirge.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Loved the Studio"
We stayed here twice as a bookend to our Teton Crest trail hike. The urban studio was a home away from home and made our hotel room more than just a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and professional and the hotel was walking distance to the tram where we started the hike. The second set of nights we had booked a single king room which was small […] and did not have the homey feel of the studio. If you want a place to sleep get the king room, and if you want a place to hang out with a full kitchen, couch, TV with Bose surround sound, patio, and jetted tub stay in the studio. "Not a good summer stay spot!"
Overpriced. Insufficent lighting in the room; small room. No food for miles. Not a good place for summer stay. However nice bathroom.!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel for any stay"
Idea place for any kinds of stay, perfect room and facilities.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful when we needed directions around the area. We were there for a destination wedding in Jackson Hole and everyone from our party who stayed at the Hotel Terra enjoyed their experience. Thank you. kbGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great property, exceptionally accommodating staff"
This is the second year in a row that I've stayed at Hotel Terra following a 200 mile bike race. The staff is terrific and very supportive of the racers. They have set aside a secure portion of their garage to park bikes overnight. "Bike valet" is a huge benefit as opposed to the typical hassle of getting the bike up to the room. The room is spotless […] and contemporary. High end in every way. The location is ideal if staying in Teton Village. Easy access to the mountain and to the road exiting toward Jackson. I'll book early next year so I'm assured to stay here again. The only change I'd like to make is to extend my stay! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
This was a European retreat in the heart of the Tetons. Very quiet, ultra modern and high tech rooms. Would highly recommend!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
A little difficult to find. A sign at the entrance of Teton Village would have been really helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Teton Village is beautiful"
Beautiful hotel at a great off-season price. Right next to the tram. The village is beautiful in summer. I can only imagine what it's like during the ski season. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I loved the rooftop hot tub. The "pool" was small. Loved being able to walk right out into the village. Right across from the Mangy Moose and all the […] shops. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel for a week in the summer"
We stayed for seven nights last month. A standard room suited our family of three fine. Not the cheapest place, certainly not the priciest. It felt like a boutique hotel, small and stylish.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Modern and Echo Friendly"
Hotel Terra is a modern hotel with state of the art amenities in a great location in Teton Village. It's a little pricey...but so is everything in Teton Village. The upgraded luxuries in the suites coupled with the location made it well worth it in my opinion.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet romantic getaway"
Great room and great restaurants? Staff was friendly and outgoing. One bedroom suite was exceptional. Bose surround sound made watching tv very enjoyable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"good hotel but needs quality control"
spent two nights there in late august. good hotel, too far from airport (45 minutes), second day cleaning crew forgot to refill coffee and TOILET PAPER!!! we had an early flight leaving at 4:45 and being a family of three and no toilet paper?of course no coffee when you leave so early and it's hard to find an open place to find coffee.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great room, huge balcony, nice view"
Great room, very romantic. Huge bathroom with nice tub and shower. Breakfast at the cafe was good. I recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice mountain getaway"
Clean, comfortable, the in-room coffee was Starbuck's single use and easy and they had real milk creamers. The air conditioning was perfect, the room smelled fresh, and the towels in the bathroom were nice and big, not thin and small likemost hotels. We liked the rain shower and the products in the bathroom. We ate at the Mangy Moose next door, not […] the in-hotel restaurant because the menu was more to our taste. (And we loved our meals there!) "Good for Corporate Events"
The hotel is beautifully designed and furnished. The staff is competent and professional, but not polished and experienced enough to service demanding customers. Surprisingly, the rooms face other adjacent buildings. This is too close for comfort and certainly does not give any privacy (nor views of the otherwise spectacular scenery). The noise isolation […] is poor and hallway noises from late night revelers is not anything one would expect in this hotel category. The hotel has many nice touches and attempts to distinguish itself; literally and reality though, the coffee is weak and thin. For corporate events and meetings and holiday events, this is a very nice meeting place and the Terra appears to be aiming at this market segment. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
bed very firm & uncomfortable. upon checkout, was asked by staff if stay was enjoyable. I mentioned bed, was told by staff that this is a common comment & that they have pillow tops to put on top of mattress if customer requests it. it was unfortunate to find this out at checkout!Genuine Expedia guest review
Wonderful!!! The only suggestion I have us to create a scenic route to hiking trails.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Beautiful hotel- More for Adults"
Hotel Terra was centrally located in the heart of Teton Village. They had a great gym with an amazing view of the pool that overlooks the mountains and quad. They only drawback for families would be the hotel had more of an adult feel. The pool was beautiful, but small and adults seemed annoyed when children wanted to swim, even quietly. With two kids, […] we still enjoyed the stay though. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Was booked into a handicap room as per my request. Room looked at the roof. Asked to be moved. Was given a room with a great view, a balcony and a bubble tub. Ate at Osteria in the hotel. Fantastic. Had a Spa day and a massage. Wonderful. Then walked to the Tram and went up the mountain.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!"
Wish we had been there longer. Beautiful suite in the center of Teton Village. Staff helpful and friendly. Bedding luxurious. A little further from Jackson Hole than we anticipated, but so worth it. After a primitive Yellowstone accommodation it was relaxing and hit the mark in every way.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed at Hotel Terra for 2 nights at the end of our 10 day dream trip to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone. Hotel Terra was very nice, luxurious and only steps away to anything and everything you want to do in Teton Village. We arrived after 9 pm and the hotel staff was very helpful in directing us to a great place to eat a late supper!Genuine Expedia guest review
This place is fantastic. It was very modern and comfortable in the room we had. When we arrived we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was amazing. It was only two of us but that suite can hold up to 8 people comfortably. If I head back to Jackson for winter snowboarding this is where I will try an stay(If i can afford it!)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Best hotel we stayed entire trip. Beautiful property.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel staff was ok but shilled excessively for their in house restaurant which was dreadful. they had too many items in the room which were "for sale". A bit tacky for a classy location. the room was very dark and poorly designed. We had one king bed. the room had a long hall which was worthless space and a small bed area. The hotel has two towers […] which made utilization of the facility tedious. Jackson Hole overall is very nice and the people very friendly. Parking at the hotel was inconvenient unless you used valet service. We ate at a great restaurant called Cascade. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Two tired travellers"
Loved the interior design elements, attention to detail, quality of furnishings. Staff was awsome. The attached restaurant left us somewhat disappointed as the pork chops were tough and service just average. Breakfast in the morning was chaotic and noisy with a small space utilizing hard surfaces making the experience a poor choice for food. Suggest […] going elsewhere for morning nutrition. "Wonderful - Hotel - everything about it is great"
We loved staying at Hotel Terra. From the quality of bedding, two room suite, full kitechen, to the polite staff was like staying in a 5 star hotel. The spa treatments were the best we have ever had. "Nice place for families, but cafe too expensive"
Cafe available in the hotel was very pricey - $8+ for oatmeal, $11 for breakfast burrito - a little steep for families.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel Terra was awesome!! When we walked in we were greeted by a very sweet and enthusiastic young lady and we were also given an upgrade. The room was beautiful!! VERY clean! They even had a free laundry facility which was only a few doors down. Great since we were on a 5 week vacation. "Love Hotel Terra"
Great location, great room, great experience! We hadn't stayed in the Village for a few years and this stay was refreshing. The hotel is modern/contemporary, which is a nice change from the oak furnished, dried flower arrangement, brass fixture themes of the past that still haunt the area. The room was spacious, and very clean. Excellent pool and exercise […] facilities as well. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful location just outside Jackson"
I love the Teton Village area even though it is outside of Jackson by about 20 minutes--in fact that is why I like it. It is quieter and in such a lovely location. There are great bike paths or running trails near. This is the second time I have done the Dave Hansen River Rafting on the Snake while in Jackson. I would also highly recommend the Art Museum-- […] not the galleries, but the National Museum of Wildlife Art north of Jackson. That being said, we were not in the room a lot. But it was a beautiful room with great bathroom and bed. It was well worth the money spent. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
