We booked a room for 3 people and were given a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper. The sheets on the sleeper were dusty. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room for the sofa sleeper. We had to request room service twice to get all the necessary bedding for the sofa sleeper.

Everyone here was VERY accommodating! The staff were spot on and extremely helpful and friendly. My service dog was welcome with no problems or complaints and we were given plenty of shampoo and conditioner for our stay. The only problem we encountered was that the shower seat would not fit into the tub and we were in an accessible room.

I actually purchased this hotel room as a birthday gift for one of my cousins. Well, I received a called once my cousin checked in and was told she was in love the hotel room. Also, she told me that, during the check in, front desk agent gave her a complimentary snack to enjoy while relaxing in her room. A few minutes later, I received another called […] and she told me the front desk agent just brought her complimentary fruit tray along with wine to her room. Great place to stay,clean room,convenient location except when the toilet clogged and the maintenance guy came to fix it but then left briefly and returned with towels and garbage bag and told us to clean it. I paid top price for the accommodation and did not expect this kind of service.

This hotel is right on the way to the airport, super closeby. There is a ton of shopping and eating options in the shopping plaza behind the hotel. The room was super clean and we had no issues. We were a little bummed that the breakfast didn't come with the room. Requested 2 queen beds and got a king size. We asked to change that when we were checking in but when we got to the room it was still a king size. I didn't pursue the 2 queens any further. Usually there is a choice of firm or soft pillow but we only had 3 pillows on the bed and they were all big and hard. Staff was most pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. I arrived on crutches and they made sure our room was nearest to the elevator. Because we arrived somewhat late, someone from the restaurant even came out to the lobby to see if we wished to place a room service order before the kitchen closed. I've stayed in a few Holiday Inn hotels, but none of them have ever been as nice as this one. The decor was tastefully done. The staff was wonderful and the chef was very friendly. It's very convenient to the airport which was why I chose it, but it's also easy to get to the freeway and go other places. I would definitely stay here again!
