This is a hotel that could be one of those undiscovered treasures if the staff would show a little concern for the comfort of its guests. Upon check in they demanded a cash deposit for the room key. Even though they had my credit card. I asked for a room with drive in parking but was put on the third floor and had to park at the other end of the hotel. I would have preferred to park in front of my room as the neighborhood is somewhat seedy and I didnt feel comfortable parking so far away from the hotel doors. Did not bother to tell me that you need to put your room key in a wall slot and leave it there in order for the lights/tv/airconditioning to work. This meant I was fumbling in the dark for 5 minutes looking for the phone to call the front desk to ask how to turn on the lights. Hallways leading to the room were not well lit. I would be nervous if my daughter was staying here. Breakfast is a poor selection of prepackaged muffins, coffee with non dairy powdered whiteners. My room key had to be reset daily as they couldnt be bothered to set it for the 4 days I was staying. The room had a minibar stocked with water and soft drinks but were warm because the refrigeration unit did not work. Furthermore They did not bother to post any prices for the items. I did not purchase any as I did not want to find out that I was paying some outrageous amount.. No alarm clocks in the room. You will have to rely on the front desk for a wakeup call. Forot my wake up on one day and 15 minutes late on two days before I went out and bought an alarm clock. Bathrobes, towels and linens were great. Shower was stocked with travel size shampoo and 1lb bars of soap. No natural light gets into the room. MIne had a skylight covered by a shade that could not be opened. Had to be buzzed in throught the gate. NO ID required. Had to be buzzed to get out. but not until they could verify my name and room number. If you are looking for a romantic weekend then the alladin is the place to go. The guest service was nice everyone was polite the only thing that bothered me was the fact that every time you wanted to come in or leave you must wait for someone to buzz you in or out which can be very annoying. Next the room was really beautiful and i was very pleased with the manner it was in. There was only a few marks on the wall and minor stains or something on the chair next to the tub and in the living area but i for one am not picky so it did not bother me. Now the major problem i had which i never realized until my boyfriend brought it to my attention was the switch that turns on the light for inside the shower and toilet area had a shortage and you had to play with the switch for it to come on also the outlet in the bath area did not work but they said maintenance will follow up on that so i am pretty sure it will be fixed. Now for the breakfast i can't really comment on that because i believe i went to the snack bar a little to late because there was only juice, milk and two croissant left so i did not eat. When checking out i think they tried to pull a fast one and told my boyfriend and we ate some of the snacks and drank a juice but we made them aware we took pictures and they quickly dropped the accusation Overall wonder place if your having relationships issues come to alladin and you will walk out with a smile on your face.

We never checked in because my fiance's flight had delays and we canceled our trip. The hotel was not willing to work with us and there was never a manager on duty to assist us. I have never heard of a hotel not having a manager on duty at all times or at least during heavy check in times. Hotels.com was very willing to assist us, however not being able to ever get a hold of a manager made this experience a very disappointing one.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during an overnight layover in Miami. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant and there are no decent food choices within walking distance, since we didn't have a car, our choices were: Burger King, Pollo Chicken (fast food chicken), and Ihop. The room was good overall, but the bathroom and the shower do not have regular walls, they are separated from the room by glass walls, so not much privacy. There is no fitness room in the hotel. If we have an overnight layover again we will most likely stay at one of the several chain hotels by the airport that have a restaurant and a fitness room onsite.

Free bottel of chamgain was a plus and the sperate bath tub and shower were very useful. They were careful to have the juices sit on ice but didn't take the same precaution with the meat. The staff was friendly and very helpful Overall good value for the money

Romantic, clean, unique are just a few words to describe this hotel. We had a late flight, but it was close to the hotel so we were in our room quickly. I found it romantic , with the bedding, lighting, and sexy glass shower. It had a dock for you i-pod type device and a nice seating area as well. Very soft beds with a nice comforter. The room was spotless and the neighbors were quite. So we slept soundly after some romance ;) The only little thing that was missing was there was NO COFFEE for the fancy espresso maker. Otherwise an enjoyable stay in unique hotel.

When we pulled up to the gated entrance, we were surprised by the drive up "Theme Room Menu" with choices from Moroccan, Japanese, etc. Fortunately there weren't any Astronaut or Caveman themed rooms. The room was very clean with a very nice king size bed. The two angled mirror that served as the oversized headboard was an interesting touch. The shower and toilet are both glass walled with a white pattern that leaves nothing to the imagination. Nice, immaculately clean room that wasn't too horribly sex themed as the menu board implied. Definitely not what we thought we booked, but not gross either.

The hotel just needs little service improvements . This was my experience: 1-I got to the hotel through the drive-thru check-in and nobody would answer on the window. I had to back up, park and step out of the car to check in. Just to find out that the drive-thru window is next to the front desk; and the guy was there! 2-The hotel advertises a free bottle of wine with the room, but unless one requests it, they don't give it to you. I had to request mine over the phone and they took a little while to bring it. 3-The flat TV was linked to a nice BOSE audio system, so sophisticated that, allthough we tried several combinations, the remote control would not work with the TV. That was frustrating Other than that, the hotel is very nice and clean. It has a lot of decorative details and amenities on the room. I would recommend it to anyone.

not exactly a hotel.. something like an ofice building with hotel-like rooms on the third floor. Not enough towels (0 handtowels, 2 bath towels) in the room. when i requested more, 2 washcloths were handed to me. There was a big, black, very old shag rug on part of the floor. I didn't want to look too closely at it or step on it. The bathroom tile was beautiful, and the full glass doors quite exotic. But the room didn't feel comfortable, and we were glad to leave in the morning. Maybe 'boutique hotel' just isn't for us.

It was nice, but the hotel was too involved in being trendy and missed out on necessities needed in a hotel room. Towels weren't provided, but robes were. No iron (but delivered when requested). The biggest thing was absolutely no privacy. The bathroom was mega trendy, with see through doors, for the commode area as well as the shower....So if you are with anyone that you dont want watching you shower or use the restroom, you will struggle with comfort. One cool thing, the hotel does offer free taxi service if you arrive/leave outside standard shuttle service.

My husband and I stayed here on a layover on the way to our honeymoon destination. The room looked exactly like the photos and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The bathrobes were a wonderful addition as well. The location was convenient since we had to catch a flight the next morning and the free mercedes shuttle service was a huge plus. However, on the downside, there was no internet access, limited television channels and the surrounding neighborhood provided very little options in dining other than fast food. Oh, and while the glass bathroom is very cool in theory, this hotel is advertised for "romance", and having a see-thru door in front of the toilet really kills that sentiment. Overall, we'd stay here again for a good night's sleep but unlikely for more than a day at a time.
