Really nice hotel. Clean, quite, easy access, easy parking garage access too. Food in the restaurant left much to be desired - go somewhere else. If you... don't mind walking down the the river center, that is an option. Also, the room cost was high due to a convention. For a 4 to 4 1/2 star hotel I have had better quality and stay from Holiday Inn. It was too pricey which I didn't mind paying that but not the service we got. I hope we will never have to stay there again. :( Not a happy customer.

Checked in for what we thought was a king deluxe room only to be told they were sold out. They offered a hospitality suite, 2.5 times bigger room with a queen bed? We initially took it then realized it was a Murphy bed, after asking for a manager we were given a coveted "sold out" king deluxe room. The room was just large enough to squeeze the bed in. The location and acomodations were wonderful. The food from room service was horrid. We had to request house keeping services on the one day we specifically did not have our privacy marker on the door. It was a nice stay, but for the amount per a night, it was sub-par.

Overall a great stay! The bed seemed a little small (grand king room) but the room was very neat and clean! The pool was fantastic and our view was wonderful. The staff was very friendly no matter the time of day. So close to it all just a short walk to the restaurants and river center. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Hyatt for our one year anniversary and they were wonderful! They brought us up complimentary champagne and strawberries and even upgraded our room for us! It was memorial day weekend, so the hotel was packed. We paid for the breakfast to be included but what we didn't know is that when it's busy you have to wait to go into the breakfast […] buffet. We waited at least 20 minutes to be seated! I could have done without the waiters who only really bring you drinks and then expect a tip. Also be aware that if the Spurs are playing the night you stay there, if they win, the fans will be honking their horns up and down Commerce until at least 1 in the morning. It was fabulous. We got a very good rate and the service was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, kind and friendly. The room was very clean. . We had to get a double bed because all the king beds were taken, but we didn't mind. Our overall experience was excellent and we highly recommend it!!

No free WiFi, they make you pay for access. Overnight parking is $25 a night. Definitely get breakfast included in your room price, it's very good but way to over priced if not included in room. And the valet parking should be free for guests, but it is not.

This was the best place to stay after a horrible first day experience in San Antonio. The beds and room were amazing - we even had a slight view of the Riverwalk. This is located by the Convention Center so it was crazy, busy but not too out of control. Definitely would recommend this to anyone going to San Antonio!

A great experience. My party was reduced from 4 to 3 but I prepaid for 4 and lost that money. Was not prepared for $39 per day parking fees for each of 2 autos. My only other experience with large hotels is Las Vegas where parking is free. Culture shock on my part.
