Although the room was clean it was tiny and didn't have a microwave, fridge or pay per view. Also the hot tub didn't work properly and was very dirty. Would only return for half the cost. Room not worth it.

The Hampton next to the YEG airport has been pleasant the last two times I have stayed here. The rates are fair and I have not encountered an issue yet. There is not any dining in this hotel(sans the breakfast) but a short drive away there are plenty of things in Leduc.

Old computer and none of the staff knew how to help me with the printer that wasn't working properly. And while I was having breakfast, the cleaning lady had to vacuum the rug. I am a Diamond Hilton member and am not impressed with this hotel. I stayed in this hotel in 2010 and the coffee pot had leftover filters and needed to be washed. I dont drink out of them, but sill unpleasant to smell and see. I stayed here last week and the carpet was dirty, the water that came out of the shower smelled and the carpet between the tile […] bathroom and bedroom area was pulling away, frayed and you could see concrete. Coffee in the breakfast area did not taste good either. The front desk clerk did not know how much money the laundry machines were and she did not know if they took $1 or $2 coins. I received my bill with the wrong rate on it and it took about 10 minutes to correct. I am looking foward to another Hilton opening soon in this area. Read more

My. Only complaint was the bed was so hard I found it difficult to sleep. After 4 days my back was so sore that I am still having stiffness. Otherwise the rooms were very roomy, quiet, clean and the staff were outstanding.

It was over Christmas and services were reduced. I can't eat carbs so to find only cereal and pastries for breakfast was disappointing. Especially as there were no restaurants open at all. The snack shop likewise had nothing I could eat. Made for a Hungary 24 hours.

I travel alot and this hotel is superior to anything I have stayed in. The breakfast which is included is fresh, hot and fabulous each day. They also offer free take away lunches and have a little mini store to purchase lunches, snacks and toiletries. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel was very good. Conveniently located from the highway. The rate seemed high for the location and amenities. Breakfast service only - no restaurant. Nice pool and hot tub area.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful we very dissappointed in the hotel's use of paper and plastic in the eating area and rooms. This is such a total waste and a very poor example to any children present. We will not revisit this hotel again.

VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS PLACE. THIS IS OUR SECOND STAY HERE - THE FIRST WAS FOR OUR DAUGHTERS HOCKEY TOURNAMENT A FEW YEARS AGO, AND LAST WEEKEND WE STAYED THERE FOR A SOCCER TOURNAMENT. The room was spacious accomodating 5 of us with ease. when we pulled out the sofa from the wall to set up the sofa bed we notice that the space behind hadn't been vacuumed. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. For a continental breakfast - excellent. Hot food (omelet, sausage, french toast) and was thrilled to see a fresh fruit salad. This is the 4th hotel that we have stayed at in the area and the best so far! Would recommend!

Celebrating our anniversary and Canada day we wanted a jet tub in the room NOT IN THE BATHROOM! We were very specific about this. When we checked in, to our disappointment, we had a jet tub in the bathroom. Room was not available at check in yet had to wait 45 min. The heater was set to 70 F when it was -14C outside it took 2 hours the room to be warm and the sealing to the heater on the wall was no good cold air was flowing in true the bad sealing had to leave the heater on 85 F to keep the room warm. The pool was there but the water was so cold that […] we couldn't swim not even to deep our feet inside about ( 13C), the jacuzzi was ok and that's all we used.
