Basic hotel rooms, modern, bright and airy. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. Have stayed several times and will use it again. Only comment is that if you want to rise late in the day (or want to sleep due to jetlag, as we did on our first day) it is too noisy as you can hear the non-stop banging of doors, vacuuming etc., from around 8am through to the afternoon.

For the price, it is excellent. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice breakfast, wi fi and bar area. And it is in a handy location.

This Jurys Inn is located right on the harbor, close to a number of attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel service was very good, and staff attempted to help in any way they could. Everything was great at the hotel expect the overnight security and front desk staff. I stayed in Liverpool to visit a friend, however they were not allowed into the bar/hotel after 11pm and demanded my friend to leave. I would not have booked if i knew guest were not allowed anywhere in the building after 11pm.

Jurys is a new hotel in a great location. everything is clean, light and upbeat. It next to the sea and has nice outdoor places to eat and drink. Staff are friendly and polite. Overall a place I'd stay again.

I stayed at the jurys inn for my graduation and the location couldn't have een better, you are right on the docks which have amazing restaurants/bars/history and the city centre is only 5-10 min walk away. I had a great room overlooking the river and the dock, from which I was ideally located. Would definitely go back. I reccomend it.
"Centrally located with all amenities"
This hotel is in an excellent location. The only negative we had is that there was a fee to park. They gave us a discount card, but we still had to pay £7.50 per day to park. So, add that on to your expense when deciding to book here, or not. Positives are, plenty of restaurants and it is right on Albert Dock. Rooms and hotel are good.

Having booked via the internet we ventured North for the uni open day neccessitating a one night stay. parking just next door (don't forget your discount voucher when checking out) and everything else within easy walking distance. Hotel is situated in the Albert Dock area so easily sign-posted when choosing to ignore the driving directions which we […] had carefully printed off. bar prices a bit lumpy but it's a hotel after all! Simply step outside and stroll along to the various bars along the waterfront or go further afield for a varity of watering holes. Room was very comfortable and most importantly clean upon arrival. The hotel was very clean, we had a great room with fantastic views across the city. We found the staff at reception to be a bit rude on check in, they were really busy, but no excuse! It was room only so a little bit pricey, overall good hotel.

We stayed at Jury's in for a mother/daugher weekend away. We were really impressed with the room - it was clean, modern and spacious. We had a great view of Albert Dock and the Liver building. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful and we managed to get into our room earlier than the stated checkin time, The hotel was in a great location […] for shopping at Liverpool 1, which i can definitely recommend for shopping. It was also ideally located for a night out at Albert Docks where we enjoyed a couple of cocktails and a fantastic meal at Gusto restaurant. OK, the downside first - it was a bit raucous when we checked in - due to some lively stag and hens do's about to hit the town after an afternoon of drinking. "Excellent location for everything you might need"
Very new and located right next to Albert Dock, five mins walk to shopping centre, better than we anticipated. Only minor blip was a few crumbs on the couch and a piece of old lettuce by the window, this was no real issue and the rest of the room was clean and fresh. Overall highly reccommended.

check in was busy but the line moved quite quickly,the receptionist was very friendly and allocated us a room on the 4th floor with views of the echo arena,wheel and waterfront. Just back from a very special weekend in Liverpool stayed in Jurys Inn ,it was first class,super extra friendly staff ,bar staff in England who actually knew what they wwere doing !!!! Good food available all day, staff more than helpful will be back

Stopped over in Liverpool to break up long journey, My husband and I were amazed at the change..having not been to Liverpool for 20 years.Albert Dock complex is absolutely fantastic and Jury's is well placed. Got an excellent deal complete with breakfast ...superb value. Rooms warm and comfortable...slept well. Ate in the bar...food very good and reasonably […] priced. Breakfast excelllent....but they need to sort out queuing problem as toasting machine placed at the end of cooked breakfast queue....caused a few problems. Toaster would be better placed away from main breakfast area. Car park nearby...easy walking distance and a discount for residents of hotel.Would definitely recommend especially at such a reasonable rate. Read more

We stayed here on NYE and it was a nice place and in a good location, however, when returning to the hotel at 4am there was security on the door with a checklist of names/no.s of all room, so if you've got a guest - they're not getting in!
"Overnight stay"
I booked into Jury's for an overnight stay when taking my son back to university. It's my second stay - it's well run, warm and comfortable and very reasonably priced. My room was bigger than average, had spare blankets and good quality toiletries - I would highly recommend the hotel.

Jurys Inn in Liverpool was nice, and what you'd expect - perhaps better. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. Had the feel of a nicer hotel. Only downside was the bar- which was an attractive enough bar but with overpriced drinks, not great service and tables that were not cleaned regularly enough. no hot water to have a bath complained to staff but did not seam to understand english so gave up . If you do not want to que for half hour or longer for breakfast make sure you are up early.

Stayed for 2 nights on Christmas Deal. Hotel busy but rooms lovely and quiet. Breakfast the usual choices but plenty to eat! Superb views of Liverpool eye (big wheel) and across to the Mersey.

My stay at the jury's inn was great the staff were very friendly and helpful being at Albert dock was great as well there are many things to see and the town centre is just 10 mins walk from the hotel I would definitely stay there again it's great for tourists.

Stayed Saturday 10th September 2011. Check in took 30 minutes. Room OK but plain and clinical. Bathroom a bit grotty with peeling paintwork. Beds not very comfy. Location great for Echo Arena, Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Have stayed in much better for much less and would only use again as a last resort.

room was musty, smelled damp but otherwise excellent in every way. service excellent ,manager came straight round and offered another room, radiators,air fresheners etc came with group of teenagers to attend street cheer championships in echo arena, 30 second walk away. would highly recommend

Hotel in a fantastic location. Friendly staff, hotel room kept to the highest standard. Food was good and a good atmosphere in the Bar. Recommend it to anyone who are travelling to Liverpool. Competitively priced.
