Great location for visiting the numerous sites and attractions of Liverpool / Merseyside whilst being on the outskirts of the city itself. Fabulous building which is immaculately maintained being the old LiverpoolAirport. Staff very pleasant. Only complaint is that you have to pay for Internet service so we found ourselves walking over to Macdonalds on the retail park opposite where it is FREE! If you plan to spend most of your trip in Livedpool City Centre be aware that you would need some transport. Luckily taxis and public transport are readily available.

We were very pleased with the central location of the hotel. There was wonderful shopping and many restaurants right outside our door. The view from our 7th floor apartment was lovely (gigantic floor to ceiling windows). My only complaint would be the size of the bedrooms - it was difficult to find a place for our suitcases in the bedrooms. Everything else was great - we would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Stone Villa in Chester The manager made us feel very welcome and gave us the information we needed to get around Chester. The breakfast provided was a Great way to start the day. It was our first B&B and my wife and I and our teenage girls enjoyed it there.

The room was small but OK. Floorboards squeaked, which was rather annoying. Great location- near station and an easy walk to center of town. Good value.

The Liner Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The restraunt food was great and they provide 24 hour room service. It is a comfortable walk to many of the sights and shopping. we would definately stay here again.

"Jury's Inn: three stars for the price of four"
Avoid this hotel in Winter! They turn -off heating in the night and it is freezing. Food is DISGUSTING. But therefore the service is very nice, wonderful, helpful PEOPLE that make the experience of staying in this hotel tolerable. The location is excellent, breathtaking surroundings of what is probably the most succesful regeneration project in the […] world. The rooms are good size, with comfy beds. We enjoy our overnight stay although we need to ask for duvet for the other sofa bed. it was very convinient for the venue and few walks to the town centre.

we came to stay for a night and found the hotel to be fine we were available to check in in the morning as our room was ready and it was a large room for myself and my boyfriend, liverpool it self is a fab city and we will definatley be returning.

"Jury's Liverpool, very handy for the O2 Arena"
We found Jury's the perfect location for a one night stay, the main purpose of our trip was the strictly tour at the O2, shopping and dining. We were lucky to be able to check in to our rooms at 9am which was excellent. Our only complaint was the service in the bar area was slow due to not enough bar staff, and the seating in the bar area was too cold, […] it was icy outside and the air conditioning was on! check in was busy but the line moved quite quickly,the receptionist was very friendly and allocated us a room on the 4th floor with views of the echo arena,wheel and waterfront. The room had a double and a single bed although only 2 of us were staying. the room was clean and tidy the only dissapointing aspect was those guests who come in at 3.30am in […] the morning and decided to wake others up however thats not the hotels fault. Just back from a very special weekend in Liverpool stayed in Jurys Inn ,it was first class,super extra friendly staff ,bar staff in England who actually knew what they wwere doing !!!! Good food available all day, staff more than helpful will be back

Stopped over in Liverpool to break up long journey, My husband and I were amazed at the change..having not been to Liverpool for 20 years.Albert Dock complex is absolutely fantastic and Jury's is well placed. Got an excellent deal complete with breakfast ...superb value. Rooms warm and comfortable...slept well. Ate in the bar...food very good and reasonably […] priced. Breakfast excelllent....but they need to sort out queuing problem as toasting machine placed at the end of cooked breakfast queue....caused a few problems. Toaster would be better placed away from main breakfast area. Car park nearby...easy walking distance and a discount for residents of hotel.Would definitely recommend especially at such a reasonable rate. Read more

"Nice hotel"
We stayed here on NYE and it was a nice place and in a good location, however, when returning to the hotel at 4am there was security on the door with a checklist of names/no.s of all room, so if you've got a guest - they're not getting in!
"Overnight stay"
I booked into Jury's for an overnight stay when taking my son back to university. It's my second stay - it's well run, warm and comfortable and very reasonably priced. My room was bigger than average, had spare blankets and good quality toiletries - I would highly recommend the hotel.

Jurys Inn in Liverpool was nice, and what you'd expect - perhaps better. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. Had the feel of a nicer hotel. Only downside was the bar- which was an attractive enough bar but with overpriced drinks, not great service and tables that were not cleaned regularly enough. no hot water to have a bath complained to staff but did not seam to understand english so gave up . If you do not want to que for half hour or longer for breakfast make sure you are up early.

"Festive Break - excellent value"
Stayed for 2 nights on Christmas Deal. Hotel busy but rooms lovely and quiet. Breakfast the usual choices but plenty to eat! Superb views of Liverpool eye (big wheel) and across to the Mersey.

My stay at the jury's inn was great the staff were very friendly and helpful being at Albert dock was great as well there are many things to see and the town centre is just 10 mins walk from the hotel I would definitely stay there again it's great for tourists.

Stayed in the hotel whilst attending a concert in Liverpool, Brilliant Location next to the docks and more important, right next too the echo arena. great size room and fab breakfast!

Stayed Saturday 10th September 2011. Check in took 30 minutes. Room OK but plain and clinical. Bathroom a bit grotty with peeling paintwork. Beds not very comfy. Location great for Echo Arena, Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Have stayed in much better for much less and would only use again as a last resort.

room was musty, smelled damp but otherwise excellent in every way. service excellent ,manager came straight round and offered another room, radiators,air fresheners etc came with group of teenagers to attend street cheer championships in echo arena, 30 second walk away. would highly recommend

We found the hotel to be clean and in a good location. We wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again or recommend it to others. Just one little gripe - the Reception staff could have tried a little harder to be warm and welcoming ! At least they could pretend that they cared about the guests!

Clean and fine and friendly, albeit noisy (hen party...) The only real irritation was to be charged for internet access which seems very old fashioned and might be enough to make me choose a different hotel nearby next time
"Great for tourists, less for business"
A fantastic hotel, close to all the sights of Liverpool, with one fatal flaw. The rooms are well kept and furnished, but no wifi except in the lobby? A hotel that is mainly for business people really should have free wifi throughout. Great apart from that though.

Lovely hotel in fab location at the Albert Dock, close to Liverpool One which has great shops, bars & restaurants and in easy walking distance of all main Liverpool attractions. Spotlessly clean hotel, comfortable room and friendly staff.
