We've stayed here before, always clean and the rooms are great. This stay was the first time we had issues however....the first room the TV did not work, so we had to relocate. The following morning the fire alarm went off during breakfast just before 10:00, which shut down the elevators as we were trying to carry out our bags from the 5th floor....had […] to use the stairs! Only complaint....in our haste I left my Philips Sonicare toothbrush, and the housekeeping "did not find it" when I called. $100 toothbrush gone......a little irritating that personal property accidentally left behind (because you're hurrying with a smoke alarm blaring) gets tossed. The bed was very comfy. The room was peace and quiet. We turned off the heat and fan to reduce noise but the temp remained very comfortable. Hot water shower without fluctuation. Very good variety in the free breakfast. The area was set back out of traffic and main thoroughfare. Plan to stay here again!

For the price we paid, the place was exceptional. We had a very nice time and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and our room was perfect for our stay. Was great. But then the air-con was loud. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely. The breakfast buffet was a really nice bonus. Hotel is located quite far out of downtown Bellevue. Would be great with increased number of shuttles.

It's was my wife and mine second stay at this hotel. The last time it was the Sierra, but I guess Hyatt bought it. Never the less we had our second amazing stay! From the wonderful young girl that checked us in and even changed our room to the end of the hotel away from the free way, to the clean amazingly comfortable rooms, to the pool and hot tub […] to relax in after a day driving and shopping. And the breakfast we were served was as wonderful as ever, we base where we stay a lot of the time on a good in house breakfast. We slept so good we ended up sleeping in, which my wife is never able to do! Thanks for a wonderful stay! WE WILL BACK Our favorite place to stay in the Seattle area. Read more

The Hotel is beautiful, the Staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was elegant and healthy, hot and delicious. I especially enjoyed the "custom made omellet". We stayed for 4 nights at this location and were super pleased with the quality of everything! The Buffett breakfast was huge and offered a full array of hot, fresh yummy items to choose from. Fresh fruit, real scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles & even French toast one morning. All this along with the typical breads, cereals & yogurt. […] Sticky rice & miso soup were also available each day. Fresh juices & hot coffee which was available all day long...in rainy Seattle this is a must! The indoor pool & spa were very clean with lots of lounge chairs, towels and a rinsing shower. Rooms were very spacious and had a mini fridge & microwave. Didn't use the fitness center or the turpentine laundry, but both were clean and well maintained. Freeway access was very easy, with a beautiful 18 minute drive into downtown Seattle. only 20 minutes away from SeaTac too. We will definitely stay again when in the area! Read more

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice decor throughout the hotel. The rates are very good compared to comparable hotels in the area. I would recommend you request 3rd or 4th floor as the 2nd floor rooms are at the parking lot level and tend to be more noisy.

The hotel advertises as being in Bellevue, but it's really pretty far from the downtown, and not that easy to find. We will likely choose another place next time we are in town.

My husband and I flew into Seattle and needed a place to stay the night before heading out on an Alaskan cruise. The hotel staff was very kind and accomodating. The hotel met our needs for the night and we were not disappointed. We would stay again if in the vacinity.

The hotel was much more than expected. A 5 star hotel for the price of a 3 star. The pillow top bed was heavenly and we slept like babies. The hotel was very quiet too. My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Hyatt and will stay again! First time ever staying at a Hyatt hotel and the staff was very accomodating. Our first room had a minor ploblem with cleanliness, I brought it to the attention of the staff, just so they didnt think it happened while we were there, and they offered to give us a new room right away. […] Very nice of them! The second room was perfect, no problems. Also, if you want a hotel with a big buffet breakfast and hot food, then this hotel is right for you!
