The hotel, room, and pool was beautiful. The only complaint I had was breakfast. When we bought the room on expedia.com we chose king bed with breakfast. The other options did not include breakfast. We spoke to 2 desk clerks. The morning one and night one. They both were rude regarding this subject and would only give us 1 breakfast coupon. They did […] not have free breakfast. They said expedia was not suppose to have this option. Whatever. You had to pay aound $8 and the breakfast was not any better then other hotels free meals. I have to say that the Holiday Inn Frisco/Stonebriar was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Only one elevator worked in the entire building all weekend long, so the waits were incredible (and stairs aren't an option for me). I paid extra for the "Full Breakfast" option for both Saturday and Sunday, and not only did we not receive breakfast at all, […] but there was also no room service AT ALL either morning. They also did not honor stated room service hours in the in-room materials! Their ATM machine was out of order, their "restaurant" served microwaved food and had 3 menu choices. The toilet in our room would not flush properly, and we heard from other guests (while waiting for the single elevator to arrive on multiple occassions) that ours was not the only room with that problem. The staff tried to be nice, but they did not make up for the utter disappointment of both my husband and I with this hotel. I will NEVER stay at this Holiday Inn again, and unfortunately, my opinion of Holiday Inns overall is now tainted, as well. Read more

This hotel has not been updated in quite some time. The restaurant is only open Wed - Fri for breakfast. The exercise equipment is old and not in good working order. Staff was not very helpful. We stayed here for a one night stop in Dallas. The price was excellent and the room was really wonderful. Nothing too fancy but it was clean and very accessible to restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The window had a wind leak and whistled all night. Window curtains were not made to close completely, so woke up to bright sunlight after getting to bed at a late hour. Loud neighbors. No hot tub. Menu in room offered more items than were available. Bar was closed for burn damage repairs. Wait to check in was long.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The free breakfast was great. However, after reading the reviews, I knew to ask the front desk for vouchers for the breakfast at check-in. But, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

We got the bed and breakfast package which was a good deal for the price, but the service during breakfast was lacking. When we checked in nobody gave us our breakfast passes, and the next morning the hostess never told us there was a buffet. We sat at our table looking at the menu for like 15-20 minutes before we figured out what was going on. The shower curtain was not clean and some of the bathroom towels were stained. There was only one elevator that worked and the one that did work was very slow the first night’s stay. The staff was average in their customer service and not overly friendly. The location was very convenient for my needs and the beds were very comfortable.

If you want to sleep, don't stay at this hotel. Our first room was just above the bar on the 2nd floor, there was a party going on & it was as if we were there. When checking in, we had a newborn, 3 & 6 yr olds; the clueless hotel employee put us in this room & they had plenty available. So, we moved. Our next room's window A/C unit (which all rooms […] have) kicked on every 2 minutes for about 3 minutes, then the compressor made a loud sound right after it kicked on. This happened whether it was on a/c or fan. NO ONE slept. It was absolutely horrible. Housekeeping also is not staffed in the evenings, so the sweaty maintenance man moved our daughter's roll-away to our new room & then had to get the bedding. The receptionist also blamed me when we requested to move, saying I new the room was above the bar. Customer blamed, no sleep= never stay there again!! Read more

While this hotel is very nice, much nicer than expected with the Holiday Inn name, we were very disappointed with the communication between staff and guests. We stayed on Memorial Day weekend and the pool was closed for a private party which was one of the reason we chose the hotel. The staff did not inform us upon check in that the pool would be unavailable. […] Additionally there was no signage to inform guest of the closure. Bra hotell med fokus på arbete, stora rum rent och snyggt utan att vara lyxigt. Lämpligt för arbete i norra Dallas. Ok gym med fria vikter och maskiner, dock ganska litet men nytt. Frukost enkel men helt ok, ingår i priset. Trevlig personal och en liten shop att handla vatten och annat fixi i receptionen. Bra värde för pengarna om man jobbar.
