This hotel charges its guest $12 00 plus taxes per night for parking which I find excessive. We were 4 adults staying in the room and every day we has to request additional towels as they only put 3 sets in the bathroom. The air conditioner was very noisy and interfered with getting a good night sleep.

hotel was great.. i didnt really stay there too much. i choose this hotel because the courtyard was full. if you want to go out and walk to nearby restaurant this place is not for you. but if you want to stay in a place where you feel comfortable and feel like your home by all means go for it.

First thing I have to mention is the courteous staff. Front desk staff was superb, they understood our plight as we arrived early from a 12 hr overnight drive and was accommodated right away for us to get some rest. Cant say anything less about their quality of service. One thing about most hotels near airports, they always seem to be a bit of a challenge […] to get to. Was a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel which was caused by some road construction going on and proximity to the airport. Hotel is clean and well maintained. I overlooked the parking surcharge while booking this hotel but its all worth it since the rates are excellent for this type of hotel. I really recommend this Hotel. It is very confortable and clean. The only thing that you need to be aware is because a lot of highways repairs, it is very difficult to access it. Even your GPS can be confused. You need to make several turns to access it. I think when the works will finish, it will be easier to find it.

There was a lot of construction going on around the airport. It made it difficult to get to the hotel. There were several weddings or events going on making it loud and very full. But the shuttle to the airport is convenient and the rooms are comfortable.

The city of Dorval experanced some major water problems during are visit, the hotel was vary helpfull supplying us with drinking water. The continetal Breakfest was ok I would like to see more choices mabe some walfes makers.

Rather than rush to the hotel after our cruise we elected to stay a day in Montreal and fly out early the next morning. Perfect hotel. Got early check in, easy bus and metro ride into the city, and hotel shuttle to airport the next morning.

Nice, clean rooms, good breakfast. The swimming pool was a bit small but fine for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were not able to recommend a decent restaraunt in the area, so we had to do our own research. Overall a good hotel, I would recommend.

This is a good hotel with a great staff. Its location is currently a mess, due to highway construction all around it, but that should improve greatly as the outside work gets done. Noise wasn't a problem, even though I could watch airplanes landing and departing -- which I like to do. (Couldn't see the runways, however.) The morning breakfast nook tends […] to be crowded, and staff is running hard to keep up with all the diverse cultural habits of the users. Despite heavy demands and wonky computer systems (at times), the front desk staff kept things clear, with minimal waits. I drove daily to the downtown area, and that was a hassle, with complicated traffic patterns (due to the construction), poor road surfaces in places (A-20), and French-only directions on the highways. I never saw any indication of shuttle or bus service alternatives, although I didn't look hard for them, since I had my car. A shuttle to the airport, and a relay to a downtown bus might be a good alternative for some visitors. The price was certainly WAY better than staying in a comparable downtown hotel, so I didn't object to getting nailed for parking at both ends. Read more

Wonderfully maintained lobby, public areas, and room. Clean bathroom and beds. Large screen TV. In-room and downstairs coffee 24/7. Free breakfast was great and well-stocked (be prepared to wait if you want to use one of the waffle makers). Neighborhood is what you'd expect: the airport. Train tracks behind our room didn't bother us at all but might […] want to request a room if you're sensitive. Getting to the hotel was difficult. Unsure if it was because of construction or what, but if you don't have a GPS, be patient and follow the directions you got. Stayed here the night before a flight out and we would stay here again if that was what we were doing again. Don't stay here if you're planning to visit downtown Montreal and stay in the region for more than 1 night, unless you know what you're up for: this is a beautiful and clean hotel with helpful staff, but not an area attraction (or near any)! The hotel was very good, only two things could be improved: 1. Breakfast serving area was very small so it was very crowded and difficult to get at the very limited selections. 2. Hotel entrance was very difficult to find from Highway 20, you actually have to enter from the Best Western and exit at the back to get to the hotel, this should be explained […] in the reservation documents. A great hotel with clean comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The only downside was the construction outside the hotel. It was a bit confusing getting in and out of hotel. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First off, we were in the middle of the storm of 2012...45 cm of snow. I know there are challenges. The thing for me was when the only restaurant got busy. There was only one guy on. He did a great job by himself but was overwhelmed by the sheer volume. The front of house staff was busy but the manager on duty seemed more interested in stocking coffee […] than helping this poor guy. The server on his own basically served the entire restaurant and bar by himself. He claims it is never busy, but I believe the manager failed him terribly by not assisting and not anticipating it may be busy during Xmas period. Other than that the hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was nice and big so was the bathroom. Very clean as well. Pool is small but enjoyable. They could upgrade the gym too. The only bad thing is with all the constuction around it was hard to get around the circle.

Access to the hotel is a nightmare. We got late to our event just because of that, we could't find the hotel entrance and kept driving around. Other than that, we were happy to settle in a well maintained property. Improvement ois however needed for breakfast. Poor quality offering. Far from a continental breakfast as advertised.

Great place to stay if you need to be near the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport runs every 30 minutes. Free breakfast in the morning. Not much to do around the hotel, but you can get to downtown either by taxi, train, or bus.

The firmness of the beds changes from room to room. Some are firmer; others are softer. It's a hit and miss.I don't think the front desk staff knows which rooms have which kind of beds when you check-in. It doesn't matter to me, but it may be an issue for others.
