"Nice renovations!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
I was there on business and I was literally in the hotel for about 2 hrs total! My mom and daughter were there much more than I was...but the room was clean and beds pretty comfy! We were in the new side and it was very nice!
"Excellent location for walking tours"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 26, 2012
Enjoyed my stay at this fine Hotel. The rooms I've stayed in during my two visits have had an interior view to the atrium in the mall. Lots of sunlight with complete privacy of the mirrored glass.
"A lot to like about this hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 24, 2012
After viewing all the other reviews, I selected this hotel. What a pleasant surprise. Restaurant for dinner is pricey but worth it. The breakfast (by voucher) is way above what you would normally see on a breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay at Best Western Plus again. White Spot Restaurant across the street is upscale and food is wonderful.

"A Pleasant Stay"
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was kept clean and supplies provided when needed. For a six day stay the kitchenette was wonderful. After a long work day it was a short drive to the motel for a restful night of T.V. and a good nights sleep.
"The Eastglen Inn"
The inn is an older place but the rooms were clean and the staff were great. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, the rates were very reasonable and I had no issues staying there that night and would stay there again.
"Eastglen Inn in Edmonton"
There was an old dirt, alcohol, grease smell that prevented spending time in the room as much as possible, When I went to turn on the television, the remote was very, very dirty. I went into the washroom and the ceiling fan was hanging down and disconnected. There was spilled liquid make-up on the shower curtain. There was only a razor plug in, so hairdryers, […] etc. could not be plugged in. There was a kitchenette, and there were no paper towels, dishcloths, or dish-drying towels. I could not even wipe the counter after making toast, or wash the dishes, and the person who cleaned the room did not wash the dishes either; they were just left in the sink as I had left them. The second day, they did leave a cloth and towel. There were two windows, but neither of them could be opened; perhaps because the neighbourhood was unsafe. Read more
"Eastglen Inn great place to stay"
Spent one night at this hotel while in the city for a concert. Older hotel but room was very clean, staff were great and the continental breakfast was very good. The concert I attended was at the Commonwealth Stadium so just had to walk 3 blocks to the LRT station for the short ride to the Stadium. Would definitely stay here again if attending events […] at the stadium, Rexall Place or Northlands Park. Read more
