"Good location, ok service, VERY old & worn-out!"
The front desk was great and parking/safe factor was pretty good, but the state of the room was very uncomfortable. It smelled funny, and things were just very worn out. I saw a couple of bugs in the room and really didn't feel comfortable after that. I'd say to pass on this place, if possible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wouldn't stay again"
The sheets were dirty, had to get clean ones from office and then change beds ourselves. Very old hotel - it says "remodeled" must have been over 20 years ago. Musty smell, mold in bathroom etc. It is cheap but not cheap enough!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stay somewhere else"
Towel bar was broken. Holes in bathroom doors. No coffee maker. Had to ask for that and coffee. Towels were so rough they could scrape your skin off. Bathtubs were stained and had been there for as long as the motel. Other room that made it a suite had the door unlocked and unchained. Manager that showed up long after we checked in, had a terrible time […] speaking English. Will not stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
For what we needed, a comfortable, clean overnight stay......this facility filled our needs comppletely........It was not a ultimate vacation retreat........this city tends to have fully booked motels most of thetime.I would feel comfortable recommending this motel to anyone....not posh..but very comfortableGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was one of two hotels in the area, and was the cheapest. After spending the night in this hotel, I wished I had spent the extra money for the other hotel. This hotel was simply horrible. Bed was unfomfortable, bathroom was dirty, room smelled bad. Overall a very bad experience.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Save yourself! DO NOT stay here!!!"
This hotel was so run down and nasty that we did not even stay the night. We opted to drive 4 1/2 hours back to our home while tired instead of staying here. It smelled bad, had boards hammered in under the toilet, and the sinks ceramic was busted, with a 2" rusted spot. The plastic vertical blinds were torn and dirty. The front office smelled as bad […] as the room, and left the premises without a refund. At that point, we really were happy to just get to leave... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was clean and cheap. We did not expect anything fancy but were surprised to get a suite instead of room. The refrigerator and microwave were also clean and there were plenty of towels.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
For the price we could tolerate it not being new or remodeled.Genuine Expedia guest review

I will never stay at another America's Best Value Inn. I'm just glad I was traveling alone and not with my wife. How it could earn two stars is a mystery to me.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Needs complete cleaning"
This could be a nice place to stay. But it need new everything. It said it was recently renovated but I am hoping it was not our room. The room was big and opened up into a courtyard by the pool. But everything was so old and rundown. We had to go by a bath mat for inside the shower and a rug for the bathroom floor because of a the condition of the […] floor in the bathroom. We also bought blankets for the beds to sleep on because we where not comfortable sleeping in the sheets that where provided. The beds where horrible. One of the beds when you sat on it you would sink almost to the floor. We also kept shoes by the bed to slip on so that we would not walk on the carpet with our bare feet. There was also an old razor blade laying on the floor when we arrived. The do not charge a pet fee so that was a good thing since we where there for a dog show. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Americas Best Value Inn"
Nothing fancy but clean bathroom and beds. Lots of room too! Microwave was dirty inside but not bad and they didn't clean the coffee pot everyday. Otherwise a nice cheap place to stay. Shopping near by. I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"America's Best Value Inn - Chickasha, OK"
Overall stay was OK. Room was clean, but for a non-smoking room, it seemed like someone had smoked in it before. There was no chair for the desk. Maid service picked up but did not replace wash cloths or hand towels used the previous day. Sheets on bed were pretty thin.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Americas Best Value Inn Chickasha 2901 S 4th St Chickasha OK 73018 | 405-222-2205 Americas Best Value Inn Chickasha I am just getting around to writing I spoke to Deborah earlier in home office. We had to call the police because a woman who appeared to be on drugs/alcohol was threating us after money for sex was refused. She locked herself in her room when police arrived and paramedics came out. Hotel said they could not open her door even thou she had called in a false 911 report that she had fallen and was hurt. We always stay with you and had planned to spent a second night. After much hesitation we finally did get a refund and left after the woman was not removed. The owner Indian male "SAID WE HANDLE IN OUR OWN WAY". We feared for our safety. The woman had been there for more than 4 months and there were other long term families living there with unattended children running around. Another guest who was there to work on oil wells told us he was afraid to talk to anyone there and was only there because there was so few rooms. I have been an auditor for Wynn Inc. They gave the excuse that there credit card machine was broken and we had to go to bank and get cash money. Another guest told us they had to pay in cash for weeks (same as person afraid of other guests). I think they are cooking your books. ALSO I THINK YOU SHOULD PULL YOUR BRAND FROM HOTEL AS THIS IS WAY BEYOND BELOW STANDARDS. Oh we stayed at Cisco TX and clerks was one of the best employees I have even seen or met anywhere. Also travel for US Airways and have stayed many places. I am so sorry to have to report this. SEE 911 COMPLAINT. TALK TO POLICE ABOUT THIS HOTEL..

Me my boyfriend and 2 dogs stayed here due to no other motel in town had any rooms never again will I stay here I would rather sleep in my car! Very outdated rooms, stains all over the walls holes in the walls just plain nasty and would be ashamed to even rent out these rooms! This place needs to be bulldozed down! Read the reviews and keep driving if there isn't any other motels in town available! People knocking on our room door asking for a man that sounded like a drug dealer! Take my advice and stay clear of this motel if you know what's best for you!!!
This hotel is the worst ... Dead bugs all they do is give your are towel . I wouldn't let any friends and family stay. Guys working on cars in parking lot . Beds are not comfortable. And its very out dated . Needs to have a totalmake over . Micowave is nasty and fridge is not clean . The cleaning staff goes thru your belongings when your gone . Alll I can say is stay away

I feel like it is a must for me to share my experience. I arrived late to stay with my husband who works on the road. I usually check all crevices on a bed in any hotel before bringing my belongings into any room because I am super paranoid, but I was exhausted so we came in and crashed. Much to my surprise, the next morning I woke up to a bedbug in the bed. No question about it because I took a picture (before I killed it) and googled it. Appalled, I gathered out belongings and took them to the laundry mat to excessively dry them as to prevent transfer to my home. I went back to the front desk afterwards and the manager didn't even seem surprised. Not to mention when I went around the back of the hotel, there were about a dozen mattresses and tons of furniture. I explained what happened and she was hateful and defensive. I honestly believe that they know that there is a problem, but don't want to get shut down. I contacted the health department and gave them the name and address of the location. I wouldn't wish that nightmare on my worst enemy!! I have read up on most pests (because I'm extremely paranoid) and they can be vicious. I'm praying that by purchasing new luggage and tossing the old and drying my clothes on high heat for an hour will prevent transfer of them to my home. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
"You Get What You Pay For !!"

This is probably the worst place I have ever stayed. We had 12 rooms for our wrestling team. When we got there one of the rooms did not even have a bed in it. I sat down on my bed and the headboard fell off the wall. There were 2 lamps, a TV, an alarm clock, and a radio all plugged into one outlet. I should have taken a pic. The lady at the front desk told us that there was a "Complimentary Continental Breakfast" The next morning the breakfast consisted of 12 mini muffins, a half gallon of warm milk and a box of Cheerios. (It was almost humerous..keep in mind we have 22 boys who haven't eaten in a week!) I just can't say enough about how bad this place was. "You get what you pay for".

I was in town for business and reserved a king room online- to my surprise was upgraded to a king suite! The staff was incredibly friendly (also told me that they have updated all rooms to be suites) lots of restaurants nearby, CVS, Walmart were also a 5 minute drive away. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable, and I definitely loved the extended suite to keep work and rest separate. Free breakfast was a good amenity but the variety could be improved, as well as the gym. Overall it was a great, comfortable stay and would recommend to coworkers and friends.
"Great comfortable stay"

I often visit family in town and decided to try this hotel out and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the amenities were good. The rooms are all suite and we were able to easily get our family of three in one room. The location is right off the highway and it is pretty close to a lot of restaurants. Wish they had flat screens and the gym had more equipment but overall it was a great stay.

The good stuff first: With AAA, an exceptional price; The staff is very friendly; The lights in the room are the "daylight" squiggle flouros so there is plenty of visibility; suite has front and rear doors, opening to parking and pool respectively. OK, that's about all. Now the bad stuff: There's a sign outside that says under new mgmt, etc., " FULLY RENOVATED SUITES." I don't know about the new management but the rest of it is a bald face lie. It's not even a euphamism, a slight exaggeration, marketing hype or even deceptive trade practices. There's only one word for it: a lie. I stayed in a suite near the office. Dust over half an inch thick on the baseboars. Back of bathroom door kicked in. Twice. Towel bar broken and left dangling in place. Paint falling off all semi-gloss surfaces in large chips, which are to be found all over the carpet, under the bed, under the desk, etc. Obviously no one has vacuumed in ages. Sheets have holes in them. inside of Front door has hundreds of smudges from dirty fingers closing the door over the years. Vertical blinds are bend, won't close all the way. Carpet tearing away from hold-fasts and baseboards. Bathtub looks like a bachelor's tub after 3 years of non-cleaning. Black, gray, brown build-up all over the tub floor and sides. Tub wall surround is no better as it is caked in soap scum. Fortunately I was in the process of moving and had some cleaning supplies in the car. I cleaned enough of the tub floor where I felt safe to stand in it to take a shower. Otherwise I would have skipped the shower. Toilet leaks, seat is loose, no seat lid. Wall eshaust vent is DOA. Walls have smudges, scars, dents, stains, etc. from years of occupany and never being painted. Final kicker is this. There's a welcome letter from the manager, telling you how proud the manager is of the hotel. You're his guest. He wants you to call him personally if anything is wrong and he'll personally make it right. If he isn't in, you can speak with one of his personal staff. You are his personal guest, and welcome to the hotel. Signed, "Manager" Not "the management," but just, "Manager." All that personal talk and building a rapport and then they go and sign the stupid letter, "Manager." Oh, and the last paragraph telling you they check every room every day and if anything is missing you will pay for it. How touching. I can feel the love. Not. No, rennovation is incorrect. These rooms haven't been touched in years. I looked in Webster's and OED, just to make sure I wasn't missing some obscure definition of the word. Nope. Not even close. This hotel is scamming it's customers with signs like they have out front (as of June, 2011). I think the Chickasha council ought to fine the heck out of this hotel and make them put up a sign that says, "We're filthy, but we're cheap." Don't bank of the free wireless, either. Signal was exceptionally weak and kept dropping every few seconds. After 8-10 attempts to reconnect over about 8-10 minutes I just gave up. And no, I wasn't expecting anything great. A standard M*ot*l Six level of camenities and cleanliness would suite me fine. How anyone could be willing to take a bath in those tuns is beyond me. The corporate HQ ought to shut this place down. It's bad for the rest of their business.
"I have stayed at some bad motels, this is by far the worst!!!"
05/13/11 ecowa918 webbers Falls, Oklahoma, USA
I came to Chickasha for business, motel was picked by online advertisement, which should fall under false advertisement because it was nothing like the ad was listed!!! The bed was disgusting, I had to sleep on top of the blankets, the sheets looked like they have never been washed, the room and the whole motel for that matter had a very foul odor! I went to the front desk to ask for another pillow because there was only 1 in my room and they told me "one is all you get!!" I work for a Water and Sewer Authority and the pool looked worse than our Sewer ponds!!! The complimentary breakfast consisted of rock hard muffins and rotten bananas!! This was a very disgusting stay and I would not advise anyone to stay there!!
