If you need someplace to stay around Midway for a few days, its a pretty good hotel. Wifi worked well, there were stores nearby, the in-room kitchen facility was acceptable. One beef I had was that there are only a handful of channels available, not much to watch if you're looking to wind down.

We only stayed one night, and I feel bad for anyone having a true extended stay at this place. Very dated, old-school TV, no closet (just a rack on the wall), a toilet that sounded like it was going to break every time it flushed, and a mattress like concrete. The only redeeming feature is its proximity to Chicago's Midway airport.

It needs to be updated it is very low upkeep. It is an ok for one emergency night. But they have to work on it. I have stayed before in this chain of hotels Extended Stay America and they were in better condition. The restroom needs work.

The lobby of the hotel was dirty. This is the first impression of the quality of the hotel. The room was ok but upon lifting the mattress there was insect power on the box spring and visible stains. Also I don't smoke as soon as the elevator door opened you could smell the strong smell is cigarettes. I was disgusted.

Reserved a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke and the whlole floor smelled like smoke. If you need a clean towel you have to go down stairs to have the front desk check you out a clean towel and take them your used one (really?). The front desk also issues out shampoo. Two positive things: 1. The front desk people were very pleasant and brought an extra blanket when asked...though they could not find more than one pillow in a nearly empty hotel. 2.
