Third time I was there now. Nice things - lots of sports activities, beach is great, spa has great potental although horribly overpriced. Bad - food was simply awful, and overpriced. Some staff don't like it if you order from the short order menu instead of taking the expensive (and bad) set meal. Room - bed so uncomfortable I had cramps. The spa is a real assest to this property. It has an affordable fitness facility for morning excercise as well. Spa treatments very nice although a little expensive. Staff at hotel very friendly. Little stores are very nice. Rooms not bad. The cleaning staff at the hotel had to be reminded to clean certain areas over and over. For instance they would open the door to the bath but would not clean behind the door. For some reason we could only get them to leave one bath towel. Room service was fast and courteous but once they failed to bring an opener for a beverages we had ordered with […] our meals. We had to wait another 25 minutes for them to return with an opener. You have to take a taxi into the nearest town from the hotel. There is nothing within walking distance just outside the hotel grounds, though there are shops, restaurants, and bar on the grounds. I was not a fan of the restaurant because of the limited menu. We were given on menu for the two of us and that had to be given up quickly so other guest could look at it. The menu normally consisted of a choice of three different meals and that was all. There was no drink menu at all. The beach area was clean but was not well groomed. The trees and plants needed pruning and some attention. Read more

This hotel is much below standard and overpriced. It should actaully be rated 1 star. The service is so poor. We were given a room that wasn't clean. We complained and got a different room. There weren't any towels. We had to chase and finally got towels the next day. In short, nothing is functioning. The only at this hotel is the beach.

Nach unserer Ankunft stand das reservierte Appartment nicht zur Verfügung, sondern nur ein einfaches Zimmer. Erst nach langwieirgen und zähen Verhandlungen mit dem Hoteldirektor, der uns ca. 2 Stunden warten ließ, wurde uns ein größeres Appartment für eine Nacht angeboten, so dass wir am nächsten Tag erst in das reservierte und über sie bezahlte Zimmer […] einzogen konnten. Dann wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt, sondern nur an den Tagen, an denen die Reinigungsfrei Dienst hatte. Und dann standen Qualität und Preis der Restaurantverpflegung in kienem angemessenen Verhältnis - viel zu teuer. Und insgesamt ist die Hotelanlage recht ungepflegt und liegt sehr,sehr weit weg vom eigentlich Ort (Limbe) - mehrere Kilometer. Read more

das hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen strand nur das servie der zimmer läst zu wünchen überig. es ist nur eine bare auf mit erheuent preisen . ich hatte ein zimmer mit kühlschrank das wurde am freitag 2 tage v vour unserer abfarat . ich bin mit meiner frau in die fliterwochen nach seme beche hotel gefahren also 000 meine bewertung
