I had never stayed at a Baymont before. Do not let the picture fool you. A Baymont is a motel 6 or a low end days inn. Old carpet, dark, dingy. Small. Probably was clean, but does not look or seem clean. For the money could have and should have stayed somewhere else. Could have stayed at a days inn for less and had the same experience.

The baymont was convenient to get to.. A good nights sleep and the hot tub was a plus. The night desk clerk, KATE was awesome!! We traveled with friends and reserved our rooms side by side and then prior to arriving they had separated us on opposite sides of the hotel. I was well pleased with everything about the Baymont Inn. Great location next to Hwy 70 and I-470. Extraordinary number of eateries within a half mile strip. About 5 miles to downtown, Washburn University, Zoo and more. Clean room and friendly staff.. Great price for this motel stay.

The heater was too noisy. Every time I fall asleep, the heater kicks on and it keeps me up all night.

Great location. Within walking distance to several good restraunts. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. I will stay at Baymont the next time I have to stay in Topeka.

For the price it is a great hotel. Breakfast is the basic fare of waffle machine, cereals, bagels, and fruit. All the rooms are accessable by parking lot. So if security is a issue this is not your place. It is close to restaurants and mall stores. The beds were soft and rooms were clean. I would stay here again.

Clean,, comfortable room. Right off highway. Easy access to all parts of city. Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse walking distance. Decent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Rooms accessed from outside, not internally, so early morning walk to lobby for breakfast is chilly during cold-weather months. Well worth the price.

I frequent Topeka and tryed this hotel because of the past reviews. This hotel was well kept inside and out. The hotel rooms were accessible from the outside which I like. I was very impressed with the size of the room and the layout. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The breakfast area was very nice with the normal breakfast […] items like waffles, boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit, and cereal. The hotel is right off the highway but nice and quiet. There is every restaurant and retail store you can think off within 1/4 mile of the hotel. I will be staying here for every visit to Topeka instead of the big named chains down the street. Read more

The mattress was extremely soft and would not stay centered on the frame. The toilet seat would not stay up which was quite inconvenient for my husband. I stayed here one night before taking the kansas bar exam. If you just need a place to stay, nothing fancy, with a refrigerator and microwave, this is it. Plenty of restaurants nearby and very easy to get to. Would stay here again, but do not planning on going back to Topeka if I can help it.

The hotel was a clean comfortable inexpensive stay. The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was large, with table and two chairs. The continental breakfast offered a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs in addition to the usual fare. The hotel was located close to the interstate but was not overly noisy.

We have stayed at the Baymont before. Fair price for a nice clean room that was located close to my event. The only beef we had was the electrical outlets and lights were messed up and maintance had to make some repairs. Would stay again if room prices and quality of staff and don't change.

Very nice hotel on a budget. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and kept up. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby.

the room was clean & comfortable. The evening/night clerk was great but the morning clerk was so involved with his phone (texting) that he didn't even notice us until the (I assume) manager came in, then he perked up. As soon as the manager? left, he was back to his texting.

On ce we got all the "kinks" worked out it was a very nice room. When we went to the first room assigned, it was unmade and bathroom stool needed to be flushed. We went back to office. They said there computer was down and the were assigning by hand, Also the maid who was to do our room had already gone home. They promptly assigned us a different room. […] The room was fine but did not have any soap. We went back to the officde and got soap. Once we got the problems settled, the stay was pleasant. I had a close & young family member who had died suddenly & this hotel allowed me to have a very convenient lower rate for this difficult time. It was close to many services needed for the occasion & all the staff members were very comforting. I would recommend to others and I did stay there again from March 13 - 20!
